They lost my package and when I call no one seems to pick up their phone .When I went over there the manager said theyre going to look into it for me and no one called me back its been like three weeks already and still no answer.

Long lines at times. Old computers / registers. Unable to print labels like UPS with the address on them. Make you hand write everything. Needs updating and more staff
