Noreen. Seems like everyone is aware of how unfriendly, derogatory, unprofessional and hateful she is. Tenure and age have allowed her to remain where she is until now. The ones that love her are the select few that she consciously and pre-meditatively decides she likes. The folks who live there that have been there as long as she has and the ones that write off that she is old and a woman and must be tolerated are the reason she continues to show her ass her attitude her bitterness and her misery . Even the mail carrier warned new incoming patrons to beware of her. Local businesses across the street speak of the bad experiences in dealing with her. That is her persona, she is known for that and she has been tolerated and accepted until now. The mail carrier was present when Noreen mouthed off to me and tried to talk me out of confronting her. He is familiar with her and he was almost afraid that she would retaliate. I still confronted her and her answers and responses were as ignorant and uneducated as her initial confrontational sarcastic remarks that she thought I would ignore.

We live in Symphony Isles, Apollo Beach FL. On numerous occasions in the last six years we have received the wrong mail. We walk it down to the correct address. On one occasion , someones medications was delivered to our box. I gave the medications to the family immediately. This is unsatisfactory. Today we did not receive our mail; 919 Capriccio Lane but for 948 Symphony Isles, Blvd. We did not receive any of our own mail today. Where did it go? This should not happen at all. Who was the driver today? We will report this to a higher authority.

Every trip (weekly trip, at minimum) to this location includes the smell of a fresh cigarette, dirty looks, sighs, "I cant do that here," and hearing her cuss about her day and customers (including about me, picking up my packages) from the back room. She will not provide a receipt of being received for prepaid packages, so there is no proof it was received. Just a location run by a miserable person. Better off going to the location more north on 41, in Gibsinton.

We have been dropping off 2 - 3 totes of prepaid packages every single day, 6 days per week, for almost a year now. Up to 40-50 packages a day sometimes. Every single one gets scanned every day no matter how busy they are. Any extra service I need is always handled professionally and with a smile. Compared to many POs in the area, this is a breath of fresh air. Couldnt recommend this location any higher.
