This post offices employees have the worst customer service I have ever expected from a government establishment. I live in a gated community in Parrish I can comfortably speak for a lot of the residents here that our postal carrier is usless she has either delivered the mail to the wrong people or in my case lost my package. I was home all day partially expecting my package and had the day off of work after I received a "delivered in or at your mail box" confirmation email I look in and at my mailbox and my package was not there. I waited a day before I asked my neighbors and call the post office. I spoke to a women whom didnt even ACT like she cared. Later that day I called them back and someone else answered I had to repeat my concerns and the clueless women told me to reorder my items and they will re-deliver lol I honestly do not trust anyone of these people. My tax dollars go to these yahoos?!?!? Wow I will make sure I go paperless and use FedEx and UPS. I advise you do the same.

BAD ATTITUDE!!! The counter people are rarely nice or even happy. Received a final notice for certified mail from IRS on the day it was being returned. I went to the PO on Saturday 11/14/15 and the counter lady ignored my question about why I didnt get a first notice from my carrier, she even told me she filled out the final notice herself What??? and just kept repeating that it had been returned, totally ignoring what I was asking. For a small town, full of happy people, this PO has terrible moral and it shows because they treat the customer like we are an inconvenience to them. You need to go to the small Publix on 301 and pay attention to the way they treat people....maybe you will learn something about customer service.

Counter people are slow. Friendly to some people (long personal discussions) while people wait and kind of cold to others. There should not be long lines in such as small post office but it is obvious nobody cares. The delivery people are really bad. In our subdivision, mail is often delivered to the wrong address and there are a couple of very lazy drivers who drive up and park their oil leaking truck on brick driveways instead of walking 40 feet. Not sure what has happened but the delivery people have become lazier and lazier for the 15 years I have lived here. Might be because they are civil servants, who knows for sure?

I ordered something for my mothers birthday party and It was supposed to be shipped to the post office, and from there I was supposed to retrieve it. Someone decided to put it in transit that morning so when I went to get my mothers present I was told it should be at my house in "Less than 30 minutes". It didnt arrive until hours later. They should read the instructions more carefully, because its B.S. that they just shipped it off to my house when I wanted to pick it up at the post TWO minutes away from my house.

Had ordered 6 different things and I been at my house all day and not one package showed up. Tracked them and it had said they all had been delivered. Waited a few days and still nothing. I called, and they said their system said the packages had been already delivered on the day they should have been. Luckily Amazon is sending replacements for me. Hopefully these ones will actually make it to my house.... Fingers crossed.

Friendly people, always helpful. We drop off packages almost everyday for our business. With that being said, anything that the government runs is bound to be flawed, but you cant blame the people at the counter. Everyone at this particular post office has always been helpful and polite. Suggestions for improvements would be to stay open for drop offs till 5PM. Also, there should be a package drop for after hours.

Often they stuff mail into my mailbox that wont fit. Ive often received torn legal letters and important documents. I know this is a thankless job but no one is forcing you to do it. Please take care to deliver mail properly. My front porch is a short walk away. FedEx, Amazon and UPS leaves stuff there ALL the time. Please feel free to copy their customer service. Thanks.

Weve lived in Parrish for 15 years and our experience with the Parrish post office has always been wonderful. Mail delivery has been timely and efficient, and everyone Ive met within the post office has always been kind. Thank you for all that you do, on the road and behind the counter!
