Never happy with the service I receive at the post office, I can see why people do not use it frequently. I do not have a vehicle, and I rely heavily on the post office for deliveries. This is the third or fourth time Ive had an issue with the post service and deliveries. I appreciated the help I received from the operator, but when I go there the staff is poky and not very fast. Also when I had my package intercepted, they retrieved the funds from my account and then proceeded to charge me for my package. There is always some excuse as to why my package is undelivered, such as different carriers, and different means of delivering mail. This should be uniform, and should not vary from carrier to carrier. Each carrier should deliver the mail as their predecessor, and nothing less. Its a federal agency, and sometimes it makes me wonder why we even use this service when Fedex, and UPS have more desirable and more accountable outcomes from deliveries.

Im just trying to get this out in the open I want this woman fired. Her name is Carolyn (carol) whatever. I called yesterday hoping she could help me out because I just moved and I accidentally put the wrong address as my shipping address (I just moved) she was SO rude to me she made me feel like I was bothering her and that my package didnt even get taken care of. She told me theres nothing she can do about it by she can leave a note. So I called back today hoping to get someone else and its her again! With the same nasty attitude she even said I spoke to you yesterday I took care of it. She is the rudest person Ive ever encountered and I want her to be noticed for her actions. This was at the 32ns street post office.

After 4 days of no mail I called the post office to find out whats going on and apparently we have a new carrier and shes giving our mail to the apartment building across the street .. wonderful .. got a missing package back finally but now my boyfriend is missing 2 very important letters .. fabulous .. on the verge of filing a grievance if they do not find our mail and return it to us. Jamie has been a great help but if you speak to anyone else there they make you feel like a nuisance and they will leave a "note".

Great timely service even when busy. My favorite postal lady from the mall works at this location now so it nice to see another friendly face added to the already great staff there. Nothing but good things to say about this post office.
