I witnessed in the Weslake Ohio post office yesterday a "customer sevice" representative treat an elderly man in an extremely rude manner. He had questions of why he was not receiving his mail. She informed him over and over to look in his mailbox as curtely as possible. Me and the two peole in front of me looked at each other and I commented somebody needs to get an attitude adjustment. I think her name was Betsy, not sure, Blond wavy hair just past her shoulder with dark 1 inch roots, with dont mess with me all over her face. I have not ever witnessed any type of "bad day" at this location and the staff is always friendly. Im not sure if the man of few words complained, but I thought you may want to know to help her adjust her demeanor and respect others. Thanks.

The workers were pleasant enough and made dropping off my packages a breeze. The post office is relatively large inside, so it is possible to find yourself a bit confused. The left side entrance is the common services section (the service window is all the way at the back). In the center are a series of PO boxes for rent. The right hand entrance is the business services center.

We went in to get a change of address form. We picked up the forms and started to leave and the nice lady behind the counter said excuse me youre going to want to have this information also. She could have watched us walk out the door and not said a word but she spoke up and helped us out. I really appreciated that. She did not have to do that but she did. Thank you.

i just want to know the hours of operation. A simple request. I really dont care what the termperature in Europe is. This is why it is extremely frustrating when you spend 15 minutes looking, and then have to call and "bother" someone at the location anyway! Maybe post office information could be a little more obvious to people .

Kind, helpful, and patient professionals. I came in 20 minutes before the lobby closed with quite a few special items to mail. The two gentlemen present were so helpful and kind.
