Horrible customer service, Donna, who answered the phone, was badgering me for providing the zip code to the City I was inquiring about "All Zip Codes are the same you should know that" Wow, ok, let that one slide. "Well why didnt you give me the address you were shipping it to" you asked me for my home address "Everyone who calls is calling about shipping it to themselves" Just wow, where is the accountability, where is her supervisor? I dont think she needs to lose her job but she needs to be taken off the phones permanently. Just disgusted with this place.

Very rude and impatient staff. I called with a tracking number and after I was given attitude for requesting tracking status that wasnt available online, I was left on hold for 10 minutes before the woman finally picked up and gave me even more attitude on the phone. She made it seem like me giving her a tracking number and requesting additional information wasnt part of her job.

Had such a wonderful experience at this Post Office location. Nessa, went above and beyond to help me with a displaced package. She was incredibly patient and kind with me during the whole process. I could not have been happier with her customer service and work ethic. Absolutely outstanding!

Usually when I go to post offices I get very shy and panicky. But I was happy to be treated as a person and the employees were very friendly and helped me which made me super happy! Keep being good hearted and kind people...im sure you guys will lol. Thank you again :)

This is the most inefficient branch I have ever visited, it is absolutely the slowest service. The employees need to undergo a review by management to correct the lapadazeical attitude. Terrible! If I would have performed My job as they do i would have been let go.

I always enjoy going to this post office. The staff are nice to talk to and very funny. I love Jeanne and Vickie! Theyre always so nice! The postmaster was also very helpful when I was having problems with some EMS parcels from Japan.

Rude staff. Typical unhelpful govt employees. Two clerks having out loud casual conversation while servicing customers. Talking to each other more than customers at the counter. Overall unprofessional people.
