I called to see if I had any mail at this post office and a woman named LISA was very very rude , Im sorry but if you dont like your job find you a different one there is no need to be rude to someone who is calling about there mail because yal fail to do yals jobs and deliver it , this isnt the first time this post office has failed to deliver my mail , Ive also went down there and have talked to the manager and he said it has been sent back why would yal send it back if it hadnt been the 10 days yal say yal hold it for ? Plus I always get everyone elses mail that isnt gonna do me any good if it wasnt for me we have went down to the post office countless times to have them to stop sending this dudes mail to us but they do it anyways , he may need his mail cause I sure to God dont need it , worst post office I have ever delt with if I could choose which post office I use it WOULD NOT be this one !

I understand that there are a lot things that are things wrong with our postal system but i also believe they do the best they can with the resources they have and i was informed by a postal worker that they deliver mail by address and not by name sometimes your mail will come late but they have a lot of mail and packages to sort before they deliver it. I personally believe they do a pretty good job once you think about all they do. but that is no reason for the attitude if you dont like your job you will be unhappy and you will take it out on others and most of us dont deserve that so take a deep breathe put a smile on your face and that will put a smile in your heart. Remember everyone makes mistakes

There was an awesome lady who worked at the counter today. I was about to buy the large, pay-ship box and she suggested something better and cheaper. She also sent me on my way with mailing labels and a great attitude to do nothing except doing her job. She also helped many others ahead of me and maintained a great attitude at 330pm. I actually wouldnt mind driving back up there just to take care of basic shipping needs, again, and the place is a 15 mile drive.

They left our Christmas packages in the rain (walked past our covered car port to do so) and then wont answer the phone. at all. ever.Ruined Christmas. I hope they do close this post office, they are completely worthless and my tax dollars could be better spent on edcation, healthcare, the elderly, even setting money on fire is more useful than these people.

These guys dont know how to spell beleive it or not or too lazy to leave packages at your door always putting wrong mail in the wrong mail box cause their too lazy to take mail or put the mail where it belongs maybe the united states government could save billions if these guys where closed down and just used dhl or fedex or united parcel service

Wish I could have gave 0 stars, my carrier has been getting later and later delivering my mail and today I had out going mail and he never showed up. I keep getting the mail for the next street over and we have to go change out our mail, going Postal waiting on my package, paying for Priority mail sucks when the guy dont even show up

Whenever I have a package that doesnt fit in my mailbox, my mailman fills out a card stating that Im unavailable for delivery. This has happened multiple times. I shouldnt have to pay for shipping only to have to go pick it up myself. Also, whenever I try to make a complaint, the manager clearly doesnt even care.

I also wish I could give 0 star ratings!! We have had poor service especially the last three months! Damaged packages that they should bring to your door when you live right beside of the street!! When you call in- manager seems non-caring- you also never know when to expect your mail!! No certain time frame!!

If you pay your box fee 17 days late they will send all your mail back and be very rude when you ask them why.
