I came here for some copying, experienced great service from the owner before but the most recent visit was a nightmare. Not only did the owner overcharged me, he was very rude and obnoxious, constantly sighing, complaining and looking at his watch while doing the copying for me. He said to me that I made him do the copying and he could have used his time for other tasks as his time is precious. I dont even mind paying the additional service charges if the service was great. Obviously, he has problems servicing small walk in customers like me. If he wish to have bigger profits, he should have just shut down his store for walk-ins and focus solely on corporate customers. Even though he has returned the money he overcharged me, I am still disturbed with such behavior. Advice to others, do check the price in advance before committing to service as price may differ depending on the mood of the owner.

Ive had my business mailbox here for about 8 years now and ship packages several times per year. The service is always great and the owner knows me by name, is very friendly, and helpful. It is very convenient, too, that I can check my mailbox even when the place is closed and is in a very convenient location. You can avoid even more traffic by coming from the east side of the building. Plenty of parking and much faster than going to the post office! You pay a little extra for that convenience, of course, but my time is worth it!

Tom who I believe is the owner has helped me in several sticky situations where I needed to get things off right away and whether my packages were taped incorrectly or packaged incorrectly he just took care of it in every instance along with what seems to be a really nice and personable person...off and on I have used this particular PostNet for at least the past 12 years and I will continue since everything seems to be so smooth
