FedEx Express envelope reported "Left at Front Door, package delivered to recipient address" om Friday 1/23/2015. No envelope, no delivery notice on front door, and someone was here all day waiting for package. I did receive a package that day, oh wait, that one was from UPS. At least someone was doing their job. I called to report the missing package and received a call from FedEx on 1/24 @ 9:30 am. They said they would contact the local FedEx branch that delivered the packager and I could expect a call from them later that day. It is now 5:17 pm and no call yet. I stressed to the agent the importance of locating the envelope TODAY! Now, to add insult to injury; FedEx is CLOSED ON MONDAY!!!! I guess it is up to me to wander up and down the street knocking on strangers doors here in Detroit!! All this for premium $$$$$$$.

I spent less than 30 seconds in the facility because before I could say why I was there, the lady behind the desk said "you need to contact the 800 number to find where your package is". I came in after a fedex truck left a notice on my door. This was the closest location to me so i figure the package would be there. I walked in with the notice in my hand and the rep could see and thats when she uttered her 13 word greeting to me. No hi, hello, greetings, or anything. Could have humored me just a tab bit.

Sucks I have to go through these people. Every time Im expecting a shipment its either delayed, or they show up my door and leave a message without trying to reach me. This is terrible service terrible. You should not be in business if youre constantly screwing your customers. I am supposed to get paid to today at 10:30am yet its 11:40 right now, and theyve yet to show up causing me to be unable to do my job. I hate this fedex, and my opinion the fires of hell are to good for the employees there.

Three times now weve had this facility come super early in the day, not even knock, leave a note on the door saying they missed us, and not even come back for the second delivery. This is unacceptable, if your drivers dont want to do their jobs fire them and find some that do. Theres no reason we should have to call your facility for 3 separate orders to complain that nobody even tried to deliver our package. Ill kindly be asking my business associate to use UPS for my orders from here on out.

Would have liked to ship a heavy package today but the woman at the counter was giving me nothing but problems due to the weight of the package. After she confirmed that I was right they are able to handle the size of my package. She then denied it because of the shipping container. I called consumer service and made a formal complaint. UPS shipped with no hassel and 15.00 cheaper.

The drivers out of this location are so incredibly lazy!!!!!!!!! Have you ever thought to ring the doorbell or knock to let someone know that youre there? Twice Ive been home (with a large dog who barks at everything!) only to open the door to see a door tag. UPS or USPS sounds like a much better option. Good luck staying in business when your delivery service is so poor.

Driver just left a note on my door. If he did knock it must have been a very soft knock because I was home. This is the third time this happens to me with packages from this fedex center. Both other times I had to drive 30 min round trip to get my package, probably i will end up doing the same this time

Dont even want to give one star had a very important package shipped overnight after working 10 hours waited on package never got it. Got a tag saying was not available he never even knocked now I have to drive to get my package so what was the point of delivery.

driver left door tag and did not ring door bell, and if he knock it was not very loud!!!! Now I have to go to the center to retrieve my package. This is like the fourth review I see where this same thing happened. This is why when I ship something I use UPS!!

I had ordered something online and it was delivered to the wrong address. I was able to come here to the Fed Ex shipping center and pick up my package with absolutely no hassle. Good, friendly, knowledgeable staff.
