The owner is VERY rude and argumentative every time Ive been in to the store, over simple print order instructions. Also very nosy, reading my personal and business documents when I have a print order, and asking me questions about my documents -- not the print order but the CONTENTS of my documents. I only go here as a last resort -- would much rather do business at Staples or Office Depot where I and my print order can make a purchase without being interrogated. I thought it was just me, but Ive talked to several people whove had similar experiences in this store! Its unbelievable that the owner (primary store worker) acts like youre bothering her by patronizing the store. Also misprints orders and expects full payment.

As posted in other poor reviews, I called this Imlay City store for some information and was really turned off by the older lady that I spoke with. She was very rude and unprofessional just as other reviewers have stated. Yet she continues to post follow up apologies to complaints instead of changing her pattern of poor customer service. Sorry, not buying that tactic. Ill be sure to take my business to Lapeer, such as Lapeer Rent All (they also ship UPS). When I called them, they handled my same questions without sarcasm and I left feeling like a valued customer. Think Ill also try the new Pak Mail at M53 and M21.

Im not happy at all! Im just sitting in my living room..What the heck! We have a front door for a reason! Someone just knocked on my garage door and scared me to death so I didnt answer it cuz no one I know is coming over. I said whose there?, Im not answering the door till you tell me whose there! They didnt respond. Then 5 minutes later they started their vehicle and I looked out the window and it was ups. I was like what?why the garage! I wouldve answered it if they went to my front door! Jerks!

The owner was very rude and lectured me on how she paid 1/4 million to open the franchise and doesnt handle services that are basically free. Like having forms, using your own UPS account to ship. I will never give them any more of my business. As another small business owner, she needs to learn how being nice and helpful wins you more business in the long run!!!!!! What a horrible experience. I hate I have to at least give them 1 star!!!!!!!

Owners were very rude and argumentative. Old gentlemen lectured me on having my box taped. I fumbled thru the door with three large boxes as three of the workers stood there and watched me instead of holding the door. All I had were amazon returns but you would have thought it was the end of the world for the gentleman to scan my phone for the return labels. Will not use their services again.

They were extremely helpful. I needed to print, have notarized, and overnight some documents. I couldnt get any service on my phone so the owner pulled up my documents on her own computer and printed them. The price was very reasonable print and notary services. She even was nice enough to recomend a less expensive shipper for my overnight parcel.

The owner is rude and unhelpful. I needed prints of a specific size and told her this, but they are not the right size. Staples had no problem printing the pages perfectly. She also charged me extra to print from a USB drive. It also took a long time (20 minutes) for only 7 prints.

No sign of intelligent life anywhere. Find another firm for your shipping or service needs. The elder lady was extremely rude and didnt know how to do basic service tasks. Although she acted like she was the smartest and most important person in the town.
