My dear sister, Alois. if a customer does not understand what you are explaining and need further explanation on the topic, that does not call for an attitude nor a reason to throw their money and reciept towards them. the only reason this didnt get taken to higher management is because i realize our plight and all the sh** we as sisters/brothers go through in this society, our frustrations, our disappointments, our past and present situations. there is a very deep cycle of hate and lack of knowledge of self our people have been programmed into. Do i understand the frustrations? YES! but we have a bad tendency to take it out on one another. i know working can be stressful but when working with the public u need CONTROL OF SELF. im a registered nurse of over 5 years and know how frustrating it can be to deal with different personalities, but i realize that it comes with the job and its no excuse for me to snap to my public. the ONLY reason, Alois, that i didnt take this complaint to higher management is because im blessed with an understanding heart and assumed you have children to care for and need work, like we all do. u are not alone sister, i understand. Pray, meditate, or sumthing to get control of your damn self. the neck rolling, voice tone, and quick-temper was all too unnecessary, just because a customer needed further explanation. i wish u love and peace, always.

This post office is in my neighborhood, however, I prefer to avoid it when possible because of one postal employee at the service window. She has a very poor attitude toward customers and Ive seen her act rather short and rude with several customers over several different times that I have been at the Chene post office. It doesnt seem to matter whether its a young person or elderly person that she is servicing, she tends to be rude to most of the people I have seen her come in contact with. I have even left to go to the Fort Street post office when she is the only person working at the Chene post office service window. She has dyed blonde hair in twists or mini-dreads, roughly in her late 30s, early 40s. I am hopeful that this review reaches her and that she at least considers my feedback. Please contact me with any questions.

I have lived in the area 4 years and I cant tell you how many times my packages say delivered but I never get them. Its the poorest customer experience Ive ever had. And they make life difficult when I have to keep calling to find out where my things are. Also the turnover is high. The postal person is never the same and they get the addresses mixed up all the time delivering mail and packages to the wrong place.

Since before Christmas my service has been horrible. On yesterday, February 9th l checked the status of a package Ive been waiting on and it said delivered to a person at my address at 3:15pm. Well my children are still in school at that time and l dont get off work till 4:30. So who is the person and where is my package??? Very frustrated!!!

I have been going here for about a year now pretty regularly. I have found the service to be quick and frienedly. Almost family like atmosphere at times with people like Donna behind the counter always taking the time to talk with her customers while doing her job quickly and effectively. And, you can park right out front.

All my mail never seems to get to me on time. Anytime a delivery attempt is made for a package I never receive a slip. My latest experience was a undeliverable package by my address is correct from the shipper. I wish we could just do away with mail. This is horrible.

I do not work at the station however I do deliver mail on ocasion out of the station many of the carriers are very nice and I get a long with everyone well I am sorry dave that you have a problem with 1 of the clerks it will be addressed
