The lobby is managed and staffed awesomely. The manager is some times stressed, but hes a really nice guy and very helpful, and when things arent hectic he provides very personable and good service. The 2 girls that have been there for a long time are really epic, always very nice and helpful even though they seem overworked. They also provide very personable service, and never rush you when its your turn. The new younger guy seems like a great addition to the team, hes good at his job, and seems do deliver service similar to the veteran girls. There is another girl with curly hair who is really nice and seems to be really good at her job, she doesnt work the counter much, I think she works in back, also there is this new guy in the lobby sometimes, an older gentleman. He is very helpful and knowledgeable, and has saved me time more than once. His role is a nice addition when things are busy. They really have a great team built over there. I think they deserve the recognition!

Once again no mail today. I have lived here for a year now and this is at least the 5th time that my mail has either not been delivered or not picked up. I have called and complained 2 and gotten nowhere except a disgruntled mail carrier. It is 7 pm on Monday, January 13th and I have outgoing mail in my box that has been there since 9 am. It was a perfect day outside today. There is absolutely no snow, no ice, no slush, nothing that could possibly be considered to be blocking the sidewalk. porch, and/or walkway. Yet, no mail. I have taken a picture of the walkway and sidewalk and the letter still in the mailbox. I am at the point now where I assume I am just to start dropping my own mail off so that i can ensure that it goes out on time?

Never answer the phone. Mail always late or not delivered at all. Lines usually super long with 1 or 2 people working the register. On a seperate note: The dispatch office, needs to get it together. Of the 4 years Ive lived here, Ive had at least 1/2 dozen carriers. Ive been told they are understaffed and keep screwing around the routes. I dont appreciate this as it make trying to run a business very difficult. I never know what time the mail will come if at all. Ive had mail not delivered due to my dog being out in the yard, she has an invisible fence! There is a sign posted on my door so it should be very clear to anyone approaching my door.

Made the mistake of ordering through USPS. Theyre over a week late already and all they are doing is lying to me about it. I finally talked to the company I ordered from and USPS lied to them and finally updated my tracking with lies. The tracking claims that it took them a week to travel 2 states and now they claim it out for deliver which does not make sense. I looked up the city its supposedly in route from and its 200 miles from my house and the location is closed. Wish I could do something about this, theyre making me so angry. Honestly I would be happy to get my money back and make the right choice with ups.

This is one of the worst post offices Ive had to deal with. The mail is never on time, the summer replacements broke my mailbox slamming the door or leaving it open and they always walked on my grass. Today I called to inquire about an important letter that should have been delivered Friday, its Monday and the excuse I received was that there was a problem with the mail sorting "The mail is all jacked up", she said. Most of the individuals who work in this location are uncaring and unprofessional. I plan to report this location to a higher level.

During the past holiday season I started receiving email alerts about tracking #s of packages scheduled for delivery to my previous address. It became a concern to me because of the online shopping for Christmas gifts that I had done. While I was unable to ID which of my gift purchases were going to my previous address the Roseville USPS staff solved the mystery for me. It took a couple phone calls with which they followed up and all of us were satisfied. Good customer service USPS. Thank you.

it was unpleasant.i went to go pick up a package.and they told me to come back.well i live 3 miles away and all I have is a bike.i went up there twice. the second time i was told to come back after the holiday.the lines were super long and the lady was a total c*nt to me.they keep losing our mail.my wife has packages she sent for.always late.and when i call and ask i get an attitude.word of advice.use the post office in east pointe.they can do there job and there not rude.

I gave three stars because of the majority of the employees- but the overall cramped, no-available-parking, experience.. is utterly annoying. Plus- although I have my labels pre-printed, I dont like dropping them off in the bins because they dont even get in the system until the following day, EVEN when I drop them off early. I really cant stand this specific office. I need to find another one within reasonable distance.

Its10-26-16, Ive called four times so far to let them know I received someone elses package. The first time, after several rings someone answered by just saying hello. Nothing like " Roseville post office how may I help you" just hello. I asked is this the Roseville post office and she hung up on me. Ive called back three more times and after several rings each time I just get hung up on. This place sucks....

Called to Obtain Information regarding my passport, This will be my first passport so Im a little scared and unknowledgeable. The first Ring someone answered the phone, she was not only polite but she was extremely helpful. Roseville Post Office wasnt able to assist me however they provided me with a ton of helpful information. Im EXTREMLEY pleased with Roseville Post Office & all the staff!!!

Its great that this office leaves the lobby open all the time. However, this creates an unfortunate problem. More than half the time there are bums laying around in the lobby. They dont seem to be threatening but it has to be uncomfortable for some people. I would hate to lose the convenience of the drop off due to this. The other offices dont provide this service.

Our post man better not let me catch him walking on my expensive bushes one more time in roseville mi. Tried to make a complaint over the phone, guess what, they dont answer the phone after it rings for 5 minutes either. If i catch him, im gonna chew his ASS out. Ive been here 17 years no problems.

They refuse to answer phone. I work at a property management company and needed to get a hold of them in regards to tenant accommodations but they obviously have no regard for the business and customers who have to work with them. The 800- number is unhelpful and confusing as well. What a joke.

I order records online and instead of placing my package in the large box postmaster continues to stick them in my smaller box and I can never get them out. You never answer your phone so I always have to drive down there and request assistance. Are they really this inept?
