Rude. I usually go to the one in Taylor with no issue. I came to send a package to someone in the Army for christmas. When i picked everything I needed, box,tape, and slips, to the counter to pay she told me to open everything and put it together before paying. When I came back, she told me to swipe my card. After getting part way through the transaction she asked for my card and id, then made an issue over my payment amd refused my card herself. I asked to talk to the manager and to have this issue down in writing and her name. She wrote a phone number and refused her name or to write the address of where her manager was at, because she said the manager was at a different address. I wrote her name down from her name tag, Shari, and as she sipped her drink she gave threatening glances as I wrote. She finished my transaction then walked away. I have been here once and had rudeness but not this bad. The over all experience made me shakingly upset because it was unbelievable. The other lady gave me the address and names of the two managers. Go somewhere else, fed ex is just down the street and more professional. The next post office is not too far either.

I go to this post office often because it is my only choice. And most of the employees are very rude. Their are only 2 nice employees and they are brand new one has blonde hair the other has a motherly look but you will know them when you see them sense they look out of place. I would definitely recommend staying away from the black lady she has a temper problem and no I am not being racist. Most of the employees seem fake and always try to act like car salesman they try to give you the highest price and try to screw you over any chance they get. I wish companies would make it a priority to hire nice people but no businesses only care about money.

I often try to avoid going inside because customer service isnt always the best from one employee. Today the parcel bin was broken making me have to go inside. I unfortunately got THAT employee ... She should NOT be in customer service. She is unkind and never appears to have worked with people before! When i inquired about the bin she seemed put out that i would ask and when i went to pay and she said swipe... I said oh i have a chip she said "i said swipe". In a rude and short way. Id rather go to the UPS store in the plaza infront that may cost more but has nice people working there!!!!! Seriously annoyed

I hate to agree but the other reviewer is right. There is a black lady there that hates her job. She wont look up, mutters under her breath, & rolls her eyes. And thats if Im buying stamps. Forget asking her about different shipping prices.She.Hates.Her.Job. I have let other people in line go in front of me just so I can avoid her. This is the closest usps to me but if you have a choice, go to another one! There is a young blond girl that works there that is very friendly, I have seen her keep her cool with the most frustrating customer. And a motherly looking lady with dark hair is also very nice.

This clerk was so unprofessional and the postal service is ridiculous to have one clerk working. I stood in line for 20 mins. and the clerk waving her hands around (Ghetto) with big grind on her face said, "I dont know what to tell the rest of you, but I need to take my lunch, so you can leave or wait for 25 mins. until I get back from lunch." What I want I wanted to know what the HELL was funny! If you cant service people better than you did, maybe you need to find another job.

I think this post office has employees who are really rude. I was told to buy tape thats 3 dollars and some cents for only a little piece I needed to tape the address on the box. I asked if I could only use theirs since it was only a little bit, but both employees who were there stated "no!" I understand nowadays everything is a business, but come on! I just needed a little bit.

The gentleman and the lady wth short blonde hair are very nice everyone else is so rude. Im in m there weekly and they ever smile or are helpful or anything they dont even say hi or bye. If you dont like your job than quit theres other people out there looking for jobs who would be much better at what they do and with a better attitude.

I think the driver is stealing. The tracking number says it was delivered to the individual but she never received it. I have called all numbers I can to get a hold of the post office. The 800 # has 50 min wait, the local #s just hang up after 5 rings. When the USPS goes out of business that will be the day.

On day 4 of a 2 to 3 day delivery. Paid for 2 day priority and on day 4 still just in transit! Never use USPS! All the so called manager could offer at the 48038 location is track the package! Already done still in transit! No refund! NEVER USE USPS ! UPS or Fed Ex is the way to go.

Closed at 4:30 ? Left work an hr. Early to mail a package & the people were gone, need to stay open longer, the sun dont go down till 9:30 10:00 pm, so come on , put some people to work & stay open longer for the people who count on the U.S. Mail.
