1. Closed P.O. Box because they never put a bill in it (along with about 20-30 other customers that month) 2. Changed the lock when closed but somehow doesnt have the KEY to the new lock for 3-5 WEEKS. 3. Pay rekeying fee/penalty JUST to put this behind us and get the box back (all our business cards/letterhead/invoices/website have the P.O. on it) 4. 3 weeks later the Post Office is still returning mail to senders with a "P.O. Box Closed" stamp on it... meaning none of our receivables are getting to us. 5. Post Office INSISTS its not their fault mail is getting returned but cant explain how its happening. Thanks United States Postal Service. I really cant imagine why youre having such trouble surviving.

By far the worst service ever. First of, when you walk in, it feels like you have entered a haunted house. 2nd; the people who work there sure hate their job. No greeting to customers, not willing to provide more information if customers have questions. They "lose" your mail / packages and give you a bogus mailmans phone number who never answers any calls no matter what day/what time you call. I hope the employees working there have a good 401k plan as this post office isnt going last very long.

very rude, disrespectful, lack of work, lazy, and they do not send out shipments as supposed too. we need new workers. their delivery expectations are poor and they send the shipments back without notification, i did not even receive a letter notice that they tried to attempt to deliver to me!!! they put the mail in the mailbox sloppy and ripped, and deliver wrong mail to houses!! more than once. WE NEED NEW WORKERS TO GHETTO.

I went to pick up a package that has the address of my id, and i had the delivery attempt notice. They would NOT let me sign for it because the first name didnt match. But told me they would redeliver. I called the 800 # and they says they have no idea why they wouldnt allow me to sign for the package with my id, delivery attempt notice, and last name on the package.

Dont answer their phones, Ive seen the mail lady with a handful of letters in her hand and what appeared to be my package on the other side of my street across from my house. I was excited that my tracking number finally showed my package ive waited a long time for was out for delivery. She has not delivered my package or any mail at all! Who runs this place?

It has taken up to six months for me to receive mail. They have just merely refused delivery of items a few times. If it really needs to get to you before its due, you have to UPS or FedEx here. At least I get to meet my neighbors when I go looking for my overdue mail that was randomly delivered half a block down (pretty much every day).

I hate this post office! Every package Ive had delivered to my home has gotten lost or misplaced for days. The mail carrier for my address just doesnt show up and puts in the computer the package was delivered or says a note was left. Theres never a mail delivery attempt note in my mail receptacle.

I hate when people park at the quick drop off box and block it off and the they go inside. Please put a big ass sign not to park at quick dropoff box zone unless using quick dropp off box. The box must reach passenger side window without a car blocking in the front.
