This post office is horrible, bad service and worse, lack of effort to resolve any issues. I recently took a pre-paid package to this location, they never scanned it in just had me place it on counter. When I asked a day latter what happen, they stated it was probably missed being scanned but regional should of scanned it when it arrived. I told them it was not, as tracking always shows. Lady stated it will probably be scanned tonight; I then asked if my package was there and she no without looking or making any efforts. I am now filling a claim, again. I know I am not they only person this has happen too, there needs to be an investigation on poor work ethic and an emphases on customer service. I mail 10-15 packages a week and almost always use Eastpointe, never have these problems, 2-out-of-3 times I used Centerline this has happened. Please call USPS when any-type of issue occurs, only way to fix a broken system.

I went in for stamps in August of this year, was the only one in line, but had to wait 20 minutes for service. The clerk was in the back chatting with another employee. Rang bell and said "Hello" several times to which a reply of, "You gotta wait. Im da only one up der and its hot", came. When I politely pointed these facts out, the clerk was rude and dismissed me with a hand flick as she walked away. I called after her and asked for my reciept and she said, "Get it yo damn self!" Just rude!

I put a small padded envelope in the mailbox weighing less than a standard birthday card with TWO stamps on it and it got returned. I brought it to this location and they stated that since it was padded no matter how light it was it would cost well over $3.00 to ship less the TWO stamps I already had on said padded envalope. Many many companies all over planet Earth do the same job as the USPS yet they do it while remaining profitable and while not upsetting their customers. Not the USPS!!!

I love my regular mailman but everytime you send someone new, they always deliver to the wrong apt. I am so tired of my mail and packages getting stolen because theyre being delivered to the wrong place. Im too scared to order anything because theres a good chance it may end up somewhere else. This just happened AGAIN the day before yesterday. Will you please let the regular mailman deliver around the AUTOMOBILE/ CADILLAC area??? At least I know Ill get my mail and packages.

Never seen a post office that lets people fill out there money orders and envelopes right at the counter, while theres a line of people waiting, this is happening more and more, thats what the counter in the aisle is for....Tired of people not doing their Job correctly, on My Dime! This place needs new people!

Do not like the service here. All middle aged black women work here and they act like they are mad at the world. I had a credit card payment that I mailed here that was not received for 6 weeks. This happened two months in a row. I switched Post Offices and my payment was recieved in 3 days.

Everytime I go to this location I get the worse service! If it the locations was not near work I would never go here. Went to shop 3 packages to my husband who is over seas and employee says "seriously right before we close!" Employees unfriendly and I rude. Also bring your own pen!

Ive never had an issue with this office. The employees have always been friendly and treated me with respect. I would recommend this Post Office to anyone in the area.

This is our neighborhood post office. The workers are all friendly efficient and fast. If you get there and theres a line it wont be a long wait.
