Always getting mail for Detroit & River Rouge (which has the correct citys zip code) delivered to Ecorse! I know our mail is sent to River Rouge because the resident brings it to us sometimes and God knows how much we never know about going to the WRONG city. We have tried to resolve this issue by speaking with the supervisor but it continues and we cant understand why. Its why we have Zip codes along with a City name right, so why is this such a problem? Seems like nobodys cares but if it were YOUR CHECK or critical documents being sent to another city things would be quickly corrected huh! Please, if your in Ecorse or wherever READ the city & zip code to make sure its being delivered to the person depending on it. Thank you.

My package was supposed to be delivered today. There was mail in my mail box, but when I looked up the tracking number, it said they were unable to deliver it because there was no access for delivery. I was home with the door open when they say they ATTEMPTED to deliver.This happens all the time. Our short block doesnt have an assigned mail delivery person. Somebody new every day and they dont know what a mail box looks like.

I am having a hard time receiving my tracking number mail. We have different carriers every 2 weeks. Today Saturday March 12,2016, I came home and no tracking letter here in my box. It says on the tracking it was delivered at 5:10 pm. When I got home it wasnt in mailbox. Now what? The carriers are not checking their mail

This place needs to be under investigation by the USPS. Often they skip my block all together. Today I had tracking for a package that specifically said my package had made it to their post office and was out for delivery today. I havent seen a postal worker on my block all day, they never even made it down my street.

I feel these workers are lazy. Everytime we have mail going out they just pass by it and the dont care. We have personally talk to the workers delivering the mail and all they do is just get and attitude with you. The workers are unprofessional and lazy

They NEVER take my mail. They literally have to touch my mail to put my new mail in my mailbox but yet they are so lazy that they do not even take my out going mail. Pathetic!

The R.R Post office staff are very professional & courteous. They always serve me swell! I take my Hat of to all the worker in the post office!
