I wish I could give this place a 0 star but since it makes me pick a star to write a review so I picked 1 star. I was really upset about this place because I have an important mail that needs to be delivered on time that came back to my house 2 weeks later because my stamps were not enough, I told him upfront to weigh it because it is heavier than usual and I was told that 2 stamps is what I need to be able to deliver it and it doesnt need to be weighted. This guy works at a liquor store and works on a side as well to this so called post office, he is not corteous or professional at all and the packages and mails that people are sending there are all placed in one box where someone can just easily see or grab. Will not coming back to this place! Horrible!!

The service was not good. I request a money order (USPS) and they gave me a Western Union money order. I asked, are you sure that I can use in the Consular? Because I need the money order for USPS, and the guy explain that is the same. I went at Consular where was denied the money order, so I needed to request a new money order, but now in Chicago and for sure in the USPS. When I come back to Troy, I went in the same place to get my money back and the guy not accepted the Western union money order back. He told, I get back, but I pay just 50% of the value! This is not accepted! This was the worst place which I never will back!

Its hard to believe that inside a party store is a cute little post office, with hours that suit everyone. I wanted to get my dads taxes out, couldnt e-file as he died in September, and wanted proof of postage. I forgot my phone, so no picture, but Albert was kind enough to find a way to get me a receipt. Of course to celebrate completing this task I could easily pick up a bottle of wine since it is an all service point. Helpful and kind, a good experience.

Im not sure which post office in Sterling Heights is holding onto two packages that should have been delivered to our business. Ive attempted to call this specific Post Office and the line is always busy. Post Offices like these are just a prime example why in our free market economy, it gives them so much competition. Wish every business shipped with UPS or FedEX, would love to stop using USPS as a provider for our shipping/receiving needs.

Worst customer service ever, i called him and ask him a question and the person answered it sarcastically and then i needed to ask another question and he was mocking me and talking over me and then hung up, then he declined every other phone call after for an hour straight. It was a foreign guy on the phone. I worked in customer services multiple times and that is not a way to treat customers, this guy should get fired.

Horrible customer service. I waited at the counter while the gentleman was stocking the shelves, then he was on the phone, then he rang up customers at the liquor store. Totally ridiculous. I needed to send a latter while passing through on business - never again will I stop here. Side note: The post office is located inside a liquor store and pharmacy.

It *is* a post office approved location, but one where a guy where a big cigar is helping you. Granted, he was not an unfriendly guy. It is located inside of a party store? And they only accepted cash.

OK this location doesnt even show up on USPS. Im not sure what theyre doing but its not a post office. Showed up on Google and shouldnt have. Limited items cash only.
