Mail is never delivered consistently. I can go a week with no mail, then suddenly I get more than my box can hold. Packages seem to arrive when its convenient. I have a package sitting there right now that should have been delivered today - its been at the post office for 2 open days now. They decided to deliver one box today and not the other. I now have to go and grab it because I was left no note, and its necessary material. I have never dealt with so many issues regarding mail, and I grew up in the country, where our mailperson would have miles between homes. I am considering going to court over this, as it seems to have happened openly to two other people, and I cant have bills coming a month late, and packages coming just whenever. I dont understand. I know its a tough job, but this is ridiculous - I used to get cards stating they missed me without ringing my doorbell but that has stopped and I just get nothing.

My mail lady always finds the stupidest reason to not deliver my mail. The slightest dusting of snow and shell say I didnt shovel.... But then it will melt 2 hours later because it was only a dusting. This past weekend they didnt deliver my package because my "dog was barking at the door" even though the dog is INSIDE and the door is closed. What my dog is going to somehow bite her through the door??? He wasnt aggressive, just barking.... and I even was coming to the door to get him to stop. Unreal. I called and the office was SO RUDE to me. I hate my postal service here. Never had problems in 35 years until I moved to Clawson.

Ive lived in Michigan for 16 years and only discovered the Clawson post office within the last 2 years. I used to live in Troy, now Clawson and even though the Troy Post office is only 2 miles from Clawson, the Clawson PO is everything the others in the area arent. Everyone else has already said the reasons why I love this PO- great friendly people, laid back, extremely quick service. Only thing Id change would be the hours... with my commute, I cant make it in between 9-5 :(

The employees at this Post Office are the most helpful and pleasant Ive encountered. Ive never had a bad experience, only great customer service. I have since relocated out of Michigan but will always appreciate and miss the great service I was provided while being a customer of the Clawson Post Office. Thank you!
