Live in Southgate and continually have problems with either not receiving our mail (went over a week without even junk mail) or receiving other peoples mail from other towns, etc. Postmaster has asked that we contact him with future issues on day issues occur or the next day. He is trying to help us correct this issue.

Great people at the desk. Unfortunately one driver who said they left my package that day in the locker with the locker key in mailbox lied. Result: No package, stolen package, and no help. Manager tried the best and am grateful. Big shame on the driver for messing up.

Mail carrier left a package pickup notice without knocking for two cities away. Package was not there they had used the wrong notice.
