The female ("ms gardner") at the counter was extremely nasty and unhelpful! I tried to tell her the return label was up under my mail address label. She refused to look, and told me it shouldve been inside the box. I left, found it myself right where I told her it would be, and came back. She blamed me for the mistake, then refused me any tape. I went up the road to fedex, taped up the box, came back & waited in line AGAIN, just to get all the way to the front at which point she decided to tell me I didnt have to wait. I then called days later to make sure my package had been sent since at this point, Id developed trust issues with this location. The female talked extremely rude to me and hung up in my face. I called back, and she hung up on me again. I try to avoid that paricular post office at all costs.

I usually have a good experience here. I dont know about the other reviewers. There is an older white lady (I dont know her name) and she is always very courteous and helpful. Ive never had a bad experience with her. I will admit that the line can be a bit long sometimes which is why I took off one star. They have three stations but its usually only one station open which leads to the long lines. They usually have two stations open during rush hour though.

Slow as hell!!! I am cursed to work beside this office. Employee spent 40 minutes figuring out simple situation and the lady in front of me in line had to rebuy stamos from person complaining, cause employee blamed that he needs to shut down entire branch to process the refund... Horribly inefficient staff! Whoever is in charge, please rehire completely new staff or close this office. Needs immediate attention!!!!

Terrible Service!! Nobody knows what they are doing, including supervisor, "Ms. Gardner" Substitute carrier sent my package back to sender and gave my mail to the business next door. and now supervisor is saying, "I dont know where the package went." This makes no sense! We need people that actually want to work and earn a paycheck!

I have been to this post office twice. They are extremely slow and discourteous. Now I go out of my way to use other post office locations because I dont feel like dealing with this one.

Avoid at all costs! Expect to stand in line for at least 30 minutes. Its not as if they dont have enough employees, they are just mind bogglingly slow (and rude).

Did not get mail Saturday or Wednesday. The telephone number has voice mail which you cant access. It is difficult to get someone on the phone.
