Well just went to the Post Office at 22 mile to pick up a package that the post person did not leave because of rain. Waited 15 minutes while some woman ranted about the mail she needed and they could not find. Then another employee comes out to see if there was anyone just picking up. So I gave her my slip, well I did not realize it may still be on the truck which it is. So my mistake I leave to go out the door behind another woman who says to me thank you as she opened the door for me. I said thank you to her and she said quote "We must mind our manors" which is all well, but I am not a kid. Well that just set me off. I said I had to wait in line and did not get much help. And she said whoa, wait a minute, I am a former post office employee and they are understaffed. (So since she brought on the conversation in the first place) I said that was their problem not mine. So of course she said find a different post office then. Such is life I guess.

This has to be the worst post office in Macomb County due to the long wait (sometimes two hours) and lack of staff. I have a post box at this post office and every time I pick up my mail, no matter what time of the day, there is a long line with unhappy faces waiting for service. Usually only one clerk is at the counter servicing everyone. I detest the times I have to pick up mail (because a package doesnt fit in my post box) because I know there will be a long wait. Just today, March 4, 2015, at 10am in the morning, there was a long line with only one clerk working. Avoid this post office at all cost. When my P.O. Box expires, I running to the the Rochester Hill post office on Rochester Rd. Several people told me there is always plenty of clerks serving customers and no long lines.

5 stars to the women at the counter, 0 stars for their supervisor, 0 stars for my driver. Package says leave at door if no response. The tracking website said they attempted to deliver while I was home, nope. They said they left a notice, nope. After waiting 10 minutes line, I was greeted happily by one of the women at the counter, she had to call the supervisor to help me, so I waited 15 minutes and nobody showed up. She repaged the supervisor, 10 more minutes and still no one showed up. Finally someone else that had a free few minutes was able to find my package within 5 minutes. I swear my driver just lied about trying to deliver it. Thanks for taking an hour and a half out of my Saturday again usps.

The delivery people dont pay attention to the street name just the numbers. We live at 5341 Fieldcrest and our mail is routinely delivered to 5341 Nocturne. Their mail frequently is delivered to us as well. It was bad enough that they posted at sticker saying "Duplicate address, Recheck" on our mailbox flap. Today a package that was allegedly delivered failed to arrive. Before reporting to the post office, we drove to the other 5341 in our sub. Sure enough, they had received our package and were kind enough to put it back in their mailbox with the flag up. So annoying the delivery person cant pay attention to details such as street name, even when there is a reminder to check on the box.

I feel like the people who post negatively on this page put that on themselves. Ive dealt with this post office a few times now with issues/questions, and never was met with rudeness. Both the clerks and supervisors I have talked to were very friendly and were more than happy to help with what was needed (because I was polite, or they are not as bad as people make them out to be). It is a customer service job. If youre rude right off the bat, do not expect anything better in return (yes it may sound unprofessional, but they are people too and are not servants/perfect).

very slow, long lines, three windows and one or two clerks working, should have three clerks working at all times, or get the supervisors off their butts and let them help out at the windows, they peak out and then they disappear into the back and dont help. but its okay to have 40 people standing in line and waiting 45 minutes to an hour, to be waited on. the post office needs more handicap parking spots. two handicap parking spots is not code. And a lot of the customers that are not handicap park in the handicap spots, they need to be ticketed and pay the $250 fine.

I am handicapped , walk with a cane and usually a prtable O2 tank. I have no way to get larger packages at my apt building so i have to get them myself. But i am unable to get packages to my car with all my gear. No staff has EVER offered any help! Once a customer helped me and that was it. Otherwise I struggle and drop my items or purse, ect. Why can the staff NOT see i get help???? And the lines are too long for ppl like me that are in pain and cant breath. They need a Handicapped Help line!! And good luck getting any person to even answer a phone!

WORST customer service ever. Had to call at least 25 times before i finally got my phone called picked up. They were literally useless. As soon as they got the package, they said my address was incomplete and sent it back to the sender without contacting him or me. They told me they sent it bsck Saturday so it should be there soon. WRONG. They didnt sent it till yesterday (3 days later). I would rather walk to whatever state my package is than have to deal with these people again

They have LOST MANY ( MULTIPLE) Items of mine, including a $250.00 keurig coffee machine, that all I received was the shipping label, NOT the box OR MACHINE, if you like being talked down to and treated like crap, then go here... I cannot believe how they can lose so much stuff! Today I checked tracking for a item I was receiving from Ebay, it was updated and said DELIVERED. Yet I never got anything... on the phone with them now... ughhhhhhh!!!

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I had the misfortune of dealing with their supervisor, Leona. She is SO rude, answered none of my questions even though USPS has lost two of my packages, was not willing to even try to help me with the process of recovering my packages, and was very condescending. I have never been talked down to in such a rude way. terrible terrible terrible. I will be pursuing this on a higher level.

Been in line for 20 mins already. There are still 10 people in front of me in line (4 behind me)! Id leave and go somewhere else... BUT I need a USPS Money Order tonight. Sigh..... I wont be returning to this branch. Ever. - 5:26pm 04/14/2011 Years later.... Thought their service might be better. Had to drop a package off. 20mins in line. CALLED TO SEE IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVED TO THE FACILITY AND THE GUY THAT I TALKED TO OVER THE PHONE TOLD ME THAT HE DIDNT HAVE TIME TO LOOK FOR IT, PUT ME ON HOLD, THEN GOT BACK TO ME SAYING WERE SHORT STAFFED AND HUNG UP... LITERALLY HUNG THE PHONE UP IN MY FACE MID SENTENCE I WISH I WAS MAKING THIS UP... I ALSO WISH THAT CORPORATE WOULD WALK IN THERE AND SEE HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE.
