The service is very bad. Today a whole stack of mail was delivered to my house, none of it being mine own. 4 envelopes stating Tax Information, and one was for Financial aid. Very private import material. When I took these iteams back to the post office and explained the address werent even close to being the same, all the woman did was look at me, take the stack of mail, tie a rubber band around it, then Literally threw it behind her on the counter. She turned back around and looked at me like, so? Who cares? I was and still am upset that the employees of our Post Office dont care one bit about our important documents. If papers and information like that fell into the wrong hands, those poor ppl would stand to lose their Identity, income tax and much more. We deserve better.

Dont waste your time here and just go to the next county-over (Attica) usps office, get in-and-out and there will still be a line here in Imlay City. Plus, you wont feel drained watching someone moving slower than molasses while the line is out to the street.

Extremely rude. Have never had a pleasant experience at this location. I would rather drive to the next town and post office to avoid contact with these women.
