Worst Postal Service Ever! They have managed to loose a Priority Package. When I filed a claim with This Post Office they Lost the Claim!!! Then needed stamps and mailed Postcard at the counter. The Older Black, Grey headed gentleman that wears glasses proceed to READ the Postcard I was mailing! I tapped on the counter, trying not to cause a scene, he looks up at me over the top of his glasses like I was Bothering Him and continued to read the Postcard! Seriously! Isnt this against the law?! Worst Post Office Ever! I Hate that I even had to give them 1 star!

Called USPS after hours and was asked to call back and ask for Scott. He picks up and tells me I cant call at that time cause the office is closed. All I wanted was for my package that was never delivered to be held at the office so I could pick it up the next business day, but they already sent it back to the sender later that day after I called. Now I have to call the sender to send another package. Only giving 2 stars cause most of the staff at the location is friendly, except for Scott.

Hands down the worst Post Office Ive ever dealt with. These people can not do their job. It is comical at this point. Just checked tracking number and my item arrived at the post office and they sent it back to the merchant bc of wrong address. Address is correct. Not the first time this has happened. Now I cant get anyone on the phone. These people shouldnt be working for the USPS. They just simply dont know how to do their jobs.

I have always had great service at Inner Perimenter, for example package came back to me and it was rerouted without any problems. In addition, mail is delivered timely, and very friendly customer service representatives. Although, only a minor complaint can not seem to get my address correct ...I do not live in an apartment! If thats fixed it would be great. Otherwise, its one of the best post offices for miles.

I had great service over the phone with tracking down a refused package. I sent it back and two weeks later no news. So the young man that answered the phone tracked it down for me. Im getting a refund now because of him. This is after recieving the package late to begin with. He was so helpful.

Why the hell do you have a phone number posted if its busy at all times? Not even a waiting line or anything. I just called like 10x and the same annoying beeping to indicate its busy or disconnected

Went in 3 hrs before closing time and even with no line, I was met with rude service. Never in my life have I ran across people who I felt simply did not care if they helped or not.

Not exactly sure why the number is always busy. It makes no sense for me to have called the number, it ring three times, and you send it to the busy dial tone. Very displeased.
