I ordered a package on Amazon that was delivered by USPS the new driver dropped my package off at a different home on different street but same address. That person isnt answering her door as I tried I to recover the package. The post office took two days to respond to my inquire about my package if they perhaps could recover it. then asked for time to investigate it which is acceptable. Mrs. Barbara said she would call me on the following Monday but she didnt so I called her tuesday. She wasnt in I was told call back in a hour. So I did and they said shes gone for the day. No one else can assist me and thats the start of poor service. Im hoping to reach this Mrs Barbara tomorrow and find out what the investigation results were. Who is reimbursing me on my item it definitely should be USPS not Amazon or the seller.

If I could give this location no stars, I would. Very disgusting work ethic. Long wait times for help in desperate times. They only have 1 good courier which happens to be a man. Instead of handing me my mail, the fat, old, nasty, rude black lady they had deliver at the Greenfield Plaza at 2:30-ish refused to help me because I dont walk around with my lease in my hand. Because of an error that THEIR company made. Not even a smile when I greeted her. She was an overall B****. I love every human regardless of who they are and what they are but her interpersonal skills are garbage and firing her wouldnt do anything but help this company.

I had the hardest time finding the location! The sign is INCREDIBLY SMALL, the clerk WASNT the friendliest, but none of the clerks are that work in ANY of the postal offices that I have been to. The facility was clean which was one good thing, the place could DEFINITELY use an overhaul on investing in a better sign or signs, and some customer service training for the clerk. And adding another clerk wouldnt be a bad idea either! Kudos on keeping it clean though!

Line is always out the door. It seems only 1 person is allowed to help customers. The phone doesnt work. It wasnt easy to find, the GPS led me to the other side of 8 mile at what looked like an abandoned building. Its located on its own driveway with a small sign. You would likely miss it if you werent actively looking for the post office. The hours are inconvenient for someone who works full time.

When our regular post office carrier is off and we have a substitute they do not deliver all of our mail...They also deliver our mail late I do understand that they half to do they route as well but its inconsiderate for them to not do the job right...Theyre rude at the branch when answering the phone and unprofessional I wish they would do a better job

I spoke with a man by the name of Robert , he was very helpful. I had been trying to obtained this package since I was in California, where I was told maybe I will or wont get my package. Thank You Robert!!!!
