I live in Southfield, about a minute away from the Southfield Post Office.But I prefer to drive 5 miles further to go to the Berkley Post Office. Unlike Southfield, Berkley never has a long line, and the clerks there are so friendly and helpful they turn something Ive always dreaded - going to the post office - into a pleasant experience. I love this place!

Incredibly inconvenient for working folk that rush to pick up packages by 6:00 only to arrive at 5:45 and see a "Sorry Were Closed" sign. Absolutely unacceptable. No well-run establishment closes 15 minutes early with no notice. This is exactly why the USPS is struggling.

Contrary to others reviews, I found this post office quite friendly. I was greeted before I was at the window, and the worker was helpful with my needs for overnighting a letter explaining the delivery times and did not rush my decisions.
