I have been using this Post Office for about 3 (+) yrs. now, I have Never had a problem,always very Helpful, Packages,Passport app.,Mailing miscellaneous items. Two-Thumbs up! People that have complained about waiting inline,try,going to the next nearest Post-Office,which is Located on Greenfield in Dearborn and let me know,how that worked out for you!!! Thanks,Brendan.

This post office location is a joke. The doors for the post office boxes are not open 24 hours. Their hours of operation are not always accurate or consistent. Plus they are so understaffed with associates that have no sense of urgency, you spent several minutes in line every time.

The lady that answered the phone was very rude. She told me my package wasnt guaranteed to be delivered unless it was Express. Really? I guess I will have to stop shopping online because theres no guarantee I will receive my merchandise I paid for.
