I sell a large amount of items on Ebay for supplemental income, and I began shipping my items through this postal office since I work in the area. Ever since Ive begun shipping my items there, about 20% of them do not make it safely to the destination. All of them have been ripped open with the contents missing. Ive been processing numerous refunds for my buyers due to damaged mail delivery. It did not start until I started using this postal office. My last package that was damaged confirmed my suspicion. The picture sent to me by the buyer showed that the damaged package wasnt even postmarked. A package is postmarked by the receiving post office the date it is received into the mail delivery system. So the package got damaged (ripped open envelope, contents missing) by this post office after I dropped it off but before they even accepted it into the mail? Ive been selling on ebay since 2008 and Ive never had more problems with my packages until I started shipping my items through here. Never again.

I own a business in town. I have daily package pick-ups. Our new mail carrier has been an issue from the get go. He is a fill in employee. Important bills, and other time sensitive mail get thrown into the recycling bin rather then my mailbox and covered by junk mail. My packages that are picked up by him also never get checked in properly? My customers pay for 2-3 day Priority mail shipping but the packages run up to 5 days getting to them for some reason. This does not happen with my "normal" carrier. I have made complaints about this and nothing seems to get done. My business is my livelihood and I cannot afford to have these issues happening whenever he fills in. Customers base their overall experience with me off of mishaps by the USPS and their "hired help". Properly trained, qualified individuals need to be in charge of the Federal Governments mail system so that my business does not suffer from their mishaps.

This post office location is the reason that the USPS is going broke and losing 3 billion dollars a year. Horrible service, every time I send a gift card it gets stolen and they lie right to your face. They said a package I was getting could not be delivered because nobody was home. I sat at the front door almost all day waiting. So I checked my security system and what do you know, nobody came at all the whole day. I tried to show them the footage and the manager told me that its not his problem and that if I want mail then this is what I have to deal with. Also they deliver almost all our packages to someone who lives almost a mile away. Luckily they are nice enough to call us now. Thats right,this has happened so often that we have each others numbers. Not to mention that 3 people have been caught stealing from there in the last 3 years. I cant wait for UPS to buy themand fire all these government workers.

I stopped at the post office in Romeo on my way home from work today. This is not my usual post office, but I had a large box that needed to be shipped back. The lady at the counter was the #1 best customer service individual I have encountered in years. She gave me some info on how the size of the box was going to cost me extra $$ to ship and then gave me some supplies to "skinny down" my box. This lady pretty much made my day, since she was by far the nicest and customer-oriented postal worker I have ever encountered.

I have been to this post office multiple times. Every time I go I want to write a bad review but have given them multiple opportunities to change my mind. I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional employees and I really wanted to believe they were just having bad days because we all do (not that im justifying their actions but id like to give them the benefit of the doubt) Today I decided that I will NEVER go back to this location. I know Im not the only one that feels this way. Its sad!

Its a post office with very fast and friendly service. Theyll help you with whatever you need, often times within 5 minutes of walking in. The location is older and looks outdated but it doesnt matter since it gets the job done. I really am still not sure why I wrote a review about a post office.

The last two birthday cards I sent to my Granddaughter in California went missing. She never received them. Thats $200 dollars stolen either by someone within the postal service or a thief stealing out of mailboxes. Obviously, I need to find a better way of sending birthday cards.

I’m at this location once every 2 weeks on average for the last 10 years and have never once had a problem. The staff is always a joy, I actually enjoy dropping packages off here. I must admit Im confused by the negative reviews I guess some people just like to complain Chris

This post office lost a payment for my water bill that was $20. I know am having to pay 4x what my bill was to keep my water on!! Do not trust this post office. They also lost all sorts of mail we sent out to clients for my business that we sent out the same day.

They are very friendly and helpful. However, I have not shipped anything with the Postal Service in years, so I can not speak to the issue of theft. If you just need stamps, to mail a letter, or ask a question. They have great customer service.
