I had requested a priority mail to be put on hold on 10/21 because there was an attempted to delivery. I called on that same day to put a hold for Saturday so I can pick up. I went there on Saturday at 11am on 10/22 to pick up the mail. The manager was saying they didnt hold my mail because I put in a forwarding address and the letter will be sent to a sorting facility - Allen Park..... so that they would be a yellow sticker on and mail to my new address. The USPS didnt not hold the letter there for me... instead they re-attempted to delivery again... Today I called the USPS, now the say that the letter is being return to the sender. This is awful... USPS should fire this people for not doing their job upon customer request. No one know where the letter, it just say depart from USPS Sorting Facility Allen Park, MI. I had tried to contacted USPS on Mound Rd Warren, Operator dont pick up any phone calls... cant leave any message. USPS should consider looking for all new replacement there. It been 14 days now and I have not receive the letter since the letter left North Plate, NV on 10/16. I work at a business that gets a lot of mail and packages from this local Post Office location. Kim has since retired and will always come back to our store if there is something left in the truck or at the facilities. After she retired there has not been a consistent mail carrier for our business. Specifically on Tuesday we will barely get mail and it will be pushed to the next day when the carrier feels like it. Today a carrier came in to drop off 1 package, I remembered was expecting 2 packages and that particular item says out for delivery since 8:19am. Well the carrier arrived already and gave me one package and will prolly not come back and mark the package as "No one at front desk to receive package" but we have at least 3 sales persons on the floor at all times so when UPS, USPS, FED EX comes in, we always sign for it. I call 12 and Mound P.O. to ask whats up and after all the prompts and listening patiently the phone rings on their end and it just hangs up. Just dont list and number to the local P.O. and list the customer service number instead and save people some headache!

I wish I could give this post office 0 stars, because thats what they deserve. I was supposed to have a package delivered yesterday (which is why I stayed home all day) and the next thing I know Im getting an e-mail from Amazon saying that delivery was attempted but unsuccessful and a note was left on my door. Well, there was no attempted delivery and there was also no note on my door. Skip to me trying to call this branch to find out if they actually have my package but guess what? They arent answering the phone!!! I called 15+ times and nobody ever picked up. Oh and dont bother trying different options because mailboxes are full and you cant leave a message. I ended up contacting the post office customer service number on the USPS website and they re-scheduled delivery (but not before I complained) so hopefully they actually attempt delivery, unlike yesterday where Im pretty positive they didnt.

Avoid this post office if at all possible!! I know almost all of the other reviews say the same thing, but they honestly dont even deserve one star. I have a package that has been sitting at this location for 12 days now and simply wanted to find out why it hadnt been delivered to my home. I want hung up on four times and then could only get their voicemail even though I called during business hours. So I decided to drive to the location to speak with someone in person. The woman was EXTREMELY rude and refused to help answer any of my questions or even tell me if they actually had the package. Every answer she did give just conflicted her previous answer. I understand it is the holiday season and they are very busy, but that does NOT excuse rude employees who refuse to do their job.

It doesnt even deseve the 1 star I have to give it to be able to post this review. The customer service SUCKS. Especially on the phone. The operator is completely unprofessional. First time I call they pick up and said "I dont wanna be here I just wanna go home" and hung up. Called back several more times only for the call to ring until the call was dropped. Keep calling and for the next 3 calls someone picks up the line only to hang up - not a word spoken. Call again about abother 6 times and it just rings until the call dropped again. Last call they pick up, again not a word spoken, and put me immediately on hold for 26 and a half minutes before I finally hung up. All I wanted to know was if I could pick up my package instead of it being returned to sender.

Worst post office in Michigan, Dont bother picking up outgoing mail, and even when they do youre lucky not to find it on your front lawn. Within the past 3 years I have found a $600 check sent to me on the lawn and they have misplaced my gas and cable payments bill incurring me over $90 in late charges and fees to replace money orders..Trying to call right now to complain and guess what no answer! I found my $200+ gas bill payment which was outgoing yesterday 3/18/2015 on my front lawn out near the sidewalk...Get it together over there we the tax payers pay your salary!

Worst post office ever. Delivery people are rude. I ordered a garment that was "delivered" by them and they balled it up into a fist-size ball and stuffed it into the box like that. Would you want to wear something after that? Too lazy to get out of the truck and deliver it to my door. Plus they deliver after 5pm. What business can you do after 5pm? They also cant read--put my mail in the wrong box all the time. I have had issues like this for over 20 years with them. After many calls and complaints it doesnt improve, only gets worse.

Our Company sent a Priorty mail package to Warren Mi. The package never arrived and when we tried to contact the post office they would not answer the phone, We made 10 attempts and every call went to answer service from 11:00AM to 4:00pm. You folks should close your location! Your service stinks, You all hide behind your voice mails. How can you call the Post Office for 5 hours 7 different extensions and never get a live person. The Post Master and all your staff should should be replaced by people that care. Shame on you all
