I have to say I am extremely disappointed!!! Not one to typically make complaints, but this goes past just one incident. Our mailman has been physically intimidating as well as destroying our mail on several occasions ( I have pics) we have lodged complaints to no avail. Today I received a notice to pick up a package I ordered for valentines day. The lobby was full no one was being waited on. After ringing the bell you could still hear the women debating back and forth about lunch. Finally a employee came out annoyed at the presence of customers. I hand her my slip she grabs it from my hand. After she finally decided to get my package she practally throws it at my son. After leaving I realize I am missing another package. I return AGAIN to the post office and again treated rudely. After a supervisor finally emerges I explain all of this to her and she looks right at me and said "sorry ?". Like I just asked her a question. Where do they find these people? You are suppose to be a government employee and with that you must conduct in a professional matter. So in closing no more unanswered and unaddressed formal complaints. I guess its time to move further up the chain of command.

Came here because my mother called about a passport renewal and the lady said we could come in. We came and then all of the workers that worked there said they never spoke to my mother on the phone. Claiming my mother had called a different location. Were extremely rude and disrespectful. When I pulled out my moms phone and shown them the number she called was theres they finally said that they did hear someone on the phone with a woman (my mom), but didnt apologize for the miscommunication. They dont know the basic meaning of customer service.

Worst post office ever! They are so dumb and rude! They scheduled me for a passport app and i arrive early for them to tell me my app was 10 minutes ago. This is after she has called off in the log my scheduled app. Then tells me to go to another post office. Never go here! Just let them get closed down so they can appreciate working here.

Rushed to get to the post office before they closed, both online and on their door it says that they are open until 5:30 PM. Showed up at 5:10 PM and the doors locked. I now I have to drive across town to go to a different one. Extremely unprofessional to close the doors earlier then posted. Not a happy customer.

I used to use this post office almost every day to ship out items for my business. I stopped using them because theyre very rude and disrespectful. they talk about you while youre standing right in front of them. I now use the post office in madison heights and theyre very nice and quick to get things done.

They are seriously the worst. Ive never met anyone who cared less about their job. Also there is one lady who works here who talks so much, asking you 100 questions about your personal life, chatting away with a full line and not typing at all. DO NOT COME HERE
