Shame on you! So the package still hasnt been delivered a month after it should have been here... no one can find it, no one returns return phone calls about it and now no one even bothers to answer your phone during business hours for over an hour! Should I be grateful its not something important like medication or a gift in the package Im waiting? No wonder were all moving away from this old pony-express system called USPS! Just raise my postage rates again. Then maybe the package will arrive.

Id give zero stars if I could. Ive called them and waited on the line forever for someone to answer, only to hear two people having a conversation for a moment before the phone slams back down on the receiver, hanging up on me. Calling back results in the line ringing until it defaults to a busy tone. Im trying to come pick up a package (thats already a day late) and save them more work, for Christs sake. "Prompt, reliable, and efficient services to patrons in all areas" my ass.

i would give a big 0 if i could macomb annex is a joke they should be out of business my mail carrier is a joke....they loose my mail all the dam time im so so sick of it then you call no answer its really bad then you call usps 800 number always an hr hold time i wonder why i HATE THE USPS

This isnt a real usps post office. Its just a storage facility for their vans. They dont sell stamps or postage here.
