Waiting in a 13 person long line. Person at register leaves to put wall across card area. 2nd cashier person leaves entirely. Cashier wastes minutes making small talk with each customer as the line grows . One more as I type this . I will go to ups in future . I arrived 40 minutes before closing time . This is unacceptable.

receive my bills and important mail OR I get them too late. I stopped the paper copies for my credit card bills in fear the postmen/women were stealing them. (I have a locked mailbox that only the postal service can open other then me.)

Friendly and courteous!!! Need more employees working the counter, sometimes long lines and waiting way too long!!! They need more handicap parking spaces...
