As a bride, I thought I had all my appointements covered. I scheduled my hair appt and nail appt here at the salon. I went a week before the wedding for my trial hair appt. I confirmed both my hair and nail appts for the day of. The night before the wedding, my mom called to schedule a nail appt and they informed her there was no nail tech on duty the day of the wedding. Funny, because I had an ap...pt and confirmed it just a week prior. They blamed it on the nail tech quitting, but they had no respect to let me know. I was then stuck with running around like crazy the morning of the wedding trying to find a place that would do my nails. Yes, they were alright at doing hair for the wedding, but they didnt apologize once about the situation or offer something in return. I was in tears.

I called and called and called. After 3 days of calling and letting the phone ring for several minutes someone finally answered. I asked if Kendra was taking new clients. This little chippy responded "There isnt any Kendra here you must have the wrong salon". Well, I knew that she had worked there and so asked that question. The girl replied that she had but she was now retired. Instead of asking me if anyone else might be able to assist me she hung up on me! I dont know who runs this salon but it is obviously not a true professional. Allowing rude children without a brain in their head to answer your phones is a BAD BAD BAD idea! I will find a professionally run salon and take my business there!

Just changed over from Kenneths tired of paying too much and not getting what I want. Lisa did my highlight/haircut. She was professional and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I love my new style. If your looking for someone with experience who will do what you want go see Lisa at Salon at Polarus

Glad I made the change to Salon and Kirby has done a great job with both my hair and my 17 year old daughter - Lydia. She looked great for her Proms and Senior pictures thanks to Kirby and her suggestions for cutting and styling her hair. Thanks for the great job at a fair price. See you soon.

I had a hair cut and highlights and loved it. The hairdresser was very nice and did everything I asked for.
