My experience with Cala Luna has always been fantastic. Ive been going here for a few years now in downtown Westerville and it is such a cute and welcoming place. I noticed a womans review on here that complained about pricing and so since Ive never gotten to show my support for this shop I thought Id write one. The salon is a "booth rental" style salon, which means that the girls are self-employed and gets to keep their own clients and charge their own prices, on their website, you can see the menu of services and the average price, but if you want to be sure, just call and ask! All of the girls Ive worked with have been extremely professional and experienced. I usually go to Janet for my nails and recently got a Thai massage from Sandy as a Christmas present and it was amazing!

Patty was great! I wanted my nails to look good and I wanted the polish to last. I also wanted a relaxing atmosphere and CLEAN utensils/work area. Patty met all these and more! Ive read about reflexology and decided to add that service - WOW, good call! She used quality essential oils and techniques that were incredibly soothing. Even rejuvenating. I could have sat there for hours and felt like a million bucks when she was done. Oh, and my pedicure lasted a long time! Relaxing and enjoyable experience! I highly recommend Patty.

I had excellent service from Christine. I had destroyed my hair by trying to strip color at home myself. Christine got me in that next day and totally fixed me up in 4 hours. She was completely honest and patient with me. I will definitely be going back for cuts and touch ups. Thank you Christine!!!!!

Just FYI, every stylist charges a different rate. They wont tell you this up front. I just happened to be scheduled with a stylist who charges $50 for a cut. Even if you only have half an inch taken off, as in my case. And there will be no sympathy.

Christine is AMAZING! Ive lived in the Columbus area for 15 years and have never found a hairdresser that made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Plus she did an awesome job on my cut and style. Loved her- will most definitely be back!
