Absolute WORST customer service & eyelashes Ive ever had! I went in needing a refill. She insisted I needed to take them all off and redo them her way... I let her take them all off because they were old. Then afterwards she said it would be $350+ to put them back on... plus $50 since she just removed my old ones... I travel 100% for work and get my lashes done in a new city every month & I have NEVER paid $400+ for lashes. I told her Im so sorry I cant afford that. I had no idea she charged that and it was WAY out of budget for me personally. I was apologizing for taking her time but I cant afford $400 for lashes... I was ready to pay $50 for removal and leave. She said fine I can do something for $200.. which is more inline with what I normally pay for a full set. She got attitude at this point so I was nervous and asked you saw what I came in with, I want long and thick lashes I have a wedding this weekend can you create that same look? If not no worries! I will just pay for the removal. She said yes she can do it the way I like them. She gave me these little sparse spider leg lashes! I could have had better results with mascara. She barley put any on me. And they were NOT long or thick like I have worn for YEARS! If she couldnt deliver what I wanted with her prices she should have told me, I would have respected that and this would be a good review right now. when she went from $400 then said she could do it for $200 I was worried but she reassured me she can do it. she did not... She ushered me out the door and didnt even show me my lashes.. and locked up and left. I got to the car and thought what did I just pay for?!?! I emailed her and was letting her know I was not happy with my lashes & its know where close to what I asked for and came in. She Refused to fix them. She said $200 gets me half lashes... again she should have told me BEFORE performing the service. She was only given by 25% coverage. Especially since I voiced my concerns before she even started! That half coverage was closer to 25% definitely not worth $200 in my opinion. I had to put strip lashes over them for the wedding that weekend & all the lashes fell out within a week and a half. She was so rude and unprofessional. Emailing me Several times a day saying unprofessional things because I was unsatisfied with her work. I will never go back to B-Lash! In my option I was WAY over charge for the lashes I received and when I was not happy she became extremely unprofessional and called me names and refuse to rectify the situation. I cant recommend B-Lash.

Absolutely Amazing!!! Long story short, I have had eczema since I was 13 yr. old and my eyebrows are completely gone except for a bit of peach fuzz all because of my eczema. After my eczema finally healed on my face and everything went back to normal, I was still left without eyebrows. Bianca has given me back my confidence and has helped me to feel beautiful again. She has wonderful attention to detail, cleanliness and your overall expectation of your end result. My appointment went a bit longer than expected, but that is because she wanted to make sure that I was completely happy with my look. I now look polished. People that know that I have been drawing on my eyebrows for over 15 yr. have been complimenting me non stop. They are beautiful. Nothing close to those "talk show" eyebrows you used to see back in the day! LOL My brows no give me a very polished and finished look. If you are thinking about permanent makeup, go to Bianca. You will not be disappointed. I am so ecstatic that I invested in permanent makeup for my brows! My only regret is waiting so long to get it done.

I have had eyelash extensions a couple of times from a few different places and these ones are by far the best I have ever had, even with only getting 50% coverage. They ask a lot of questions to make sure that they are giving you the exact look that you are wanting. The girls were very professional and accommodating, I am 37 weeks pregnant so needless to say it is difficult for me to get into a comfortable position for any period of time but the girls were very helpful and patient as I readjusted my position several times. I went for a very subtle lash look this time and they look fantastic! I will definitely be a repeat customer! I also decided to get my eyebrows waxed after my lash service and they have never looked better! Thanks for the excellent service B-Lashes!!

Just got my lashes and Im amazed! Bianca is a really skilled professionaI; I was so impressed! And she helped me decide what type (size, curl) was best for me-she had a lot to choose from! My lovely lashes are completely natural looking. There is no way that anyone could tell that they are not "home-grown". Also, you cannot feel them at all. I was afraid Id be able to feel them and it would be annoying, but you cant feel a thing. I was a bit hesitant at first because I could have gone to a place that was a bit cheaper. But after reading the great reviews online about B-Lashes, I decided it would be best to go there. Im so glad I did; worth every penny!!

Absolutely horrible experience. Went here a while back, last year actually. She claimed I had thin lashes and she couldnt put longer lashes on me when I asked for them. Yet when I went to another place they did exactly what I wanted and said my lashes were very healthy and a pretty good thickness. Also she used these heavy lashes my new lash artist calls clusters. These are very bad for lashes I am told! She would blow her air in my face to dry the lashes too with stink on her breath from lunch. Not recommended.

I got eyelash extensions for the very first time with Bianca the owner and I loved it!She really made me feel comfortable and explained to me the process on maintaining my lashes. Its an easy process on how to keep them up and I never have to wear alot of masccara on my eyelashes to make them look longer. I just wake up in the morning and fan them out then im on my way out the door I love my lashes!!! :)

Bianca is professional and knows her stuff! She fits your lashes according to your style and not her own. The lashes she applies are natural looking and they last! I highly suggest you contact her in order to avoid the Betty Boop lashes that most are applying. You get what you pay for, please remember that ladies (gents)!!!!!! Keep being you B!

I have been considering trying eyelash extensions for a long time, especially since I have a lot of allergies to makeup. I LOVE my new lash extensions & wish I had not waited so long! I have only had them a week and at least 5 people have asked me how I get my lashes to look so great. Thanks to Pammy who did a beautiful job!
