Dont go here! They dont even deserve 1 star. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I went in looking for a wavy perm, my hair looked exactly like I wanted (it had been braided and I loved the wavy look I got after taking it out) I even had a picture of how it looked right after taking the braid out and she said she could do what I wanted, during the consultation I was quoted $175 which is really high ( I had been quoted $130 at another salon but they were booked and didnt have any appts that worked with my schedule), but I felt like the stylist knew what she was doing so I went ahead with it. She used the foam rods and then nearly 3 boxes of perm solution (the owner was mad when she said she needed a 3rd box, so she brought it over and whispered for her to only used half) They kept reading the box directions, so that should of showed me they didnt know what they were doing. She kept telling me to let her know if any of the rods were pulling since you cant pull the hairs, you need to be very gentle. She started taking the rods out and was gentle, the owner came over and started taking them out very roughly on the other side. She then rinsed everything out and moved me to the chair to trim the ends (I had another stylist look at my ends and she said she did a terrible job and they need to be trimmed again) She BRUSHED my hair with a hairbrush and it was rough as it was very knotted. She then put the product in that the owner had brought over (it was a sample size tube) after she started putting it in she realized it was gel and thats not what I needed so she then put mousse in. She clipped my hair up in 3 or 4 places to help scrunch it and then set me under the DRYER for approx 5-10 minutes. I left and the more it dried the worse it looked, it looks fried and frizzy. So I went back about 30 minutes after I had left and I was told over and over how perms only are curly with lots of products (I didnt like the hard crunchy feeling of my hair) and that I had touched my hair too much and thats why it looked bad????? She said nothing could be done until after I waited 48 hours and it could be washed, then it would look better. This morning my hair literally looked like a cavemans hair, its disgusting. So I cancelled work and went back to the salon, I was there when the owner opened the store. She was very rude and kept telling me how perms require products (duh!) and that the products in my hair were heavy, once I washed it I would see the curls. I told her about the gel incident and she kept telling me it wasnt gel, so I got the sample from my car to prove that it was gel, which it clearly says on the label, she still argued. So I asked if they put the wrong products in? Of course they didnt, they didnt do anything wrong. I asked for a refund so I could get it corrected somewhere else, nope they dont give refunds, I said if I come back after 48 hours and it still looks terrible will you give me a refund or re do it, nope they will only "teach me how to style it" The owner is very rude, she just kept repeating the same BS over and over. Anytime I tried to speak she would just talk over me. I finally had to say will you let me speak and even then she wouldnt listen. I have gone to 4 different salons and they all agree that they over processed my hair and fried it. They did not do a good job. Now I have to wait another 24 hours before I can wash all the stuff out that they put in my hair and then I have to wait at least a month before I can attempt to even have someone correct the perm. I went to Sallys and spent another $30 on treatments and products to try and save my hair. Anyone who wants to see can message me and I will send you before and after pictures, its horrid. I called the day before I needed a cut to make an appointment which was no problem. She set my appointment for Sunday at 2:30. I asked about how much my cut would cost, she said with long hair (which mine is very long) no more than $30. I arrived early, around 2:20. I have never been to this salon, so I walked in and waited at the front counter for about 3 or 4 minutes. Nobody greeted me until one of the nail techs asked me what I was there for. I told her my hair, she brought me to a seating area and left me. As I was sitting, the hair dresser (apparently the only one there) took in another customer at my appointment time. I waited until about 3:15 before she finally came to get me. If I didnt need the cut I would have left. The girl who cut my hair, Casey I think, was very nice and the cut, even though not exactly what I asked for, was clean and well done. I was charged $40 for my cut. I did not argue the price, I was tired and in a rush to get home, it was after 4pm. I do not think I will return to this salon, it seems to be poorly managed.

I have been coming to Oasis Salon for over 2 years now really feel good about the employees.. I recently bought my son a gift of a Massage and Pedicure and he was just SOO HAPPY with the treatment !! Thank you LIsa for helping him feel better as he suffers with terrible back problems and Jeaneta did an amzing job of his pedicure.... I plan to do this for his next birthday as it was much better than anything I could have given him !!! Thanks Lauren for helping me schedule this !!! You are always so helpful !!!

Overall the employees were nice and they did a great job. But whoever I talked to about my appointment, they didnt schedule me appropriately. I had to wait almost a half hour for my massage, when come to find out the girl was never notified I was scheduled for a massage. I wasnt happy.

The worst hair cut ever got home and shaved it off. If i could go back in time and save the money on a over priced hair cut i would. I wish i could put my hair back on my head with glue and it would look better than it does now. Save your time and money. The worst ever.

dont go here they destroy your hair and then say its your fault horrible place and will not fit or refund your money they dont deserve the one start but will not let me give a negative one so no choice but to give one please dont waste your money and time here

Awful service. My wife purchased us a couples massage for Valentines Day of last year and it is literally impossible to find a time when their two masseuses are available to give us a couples massage. We requested a refund and were told no refunds.
