I wish I could give no stars for this review. I was in town with some girl friends and we decided that we wanted to treat ourselves and get blow outs. We called and asked how much it would be and were told $45. We got there and she started shampooing and it was the worst shampoo Ive ever had. She hardly washed my hair and kept telling me how damaged and dry it was. I know my hair is damaged and dry and she didnt need to tell me 5 times, I get it. I asked for my hair to be beach waved and she curled it. When I went to check out it more than originally quoted. They should have told me it was going to be more, and my whole group is upset that we did not say anything at the time, and tipped on top of the cost since we are all in a service industry. All four of us looked terrible and 3 of us with curls in our hair lasted 5 minutes after stepping outside. One girl had a "blow out" and all they did was dry her hair and curl her bangs back. She curled it so many times that they were fried from the curling iron and it looked ridiculous. It was a big waste of money and Im upset that I spent it on that. I know we should have expressed our displeasure, but it was also kind of obvious, and they knew it did not look good. The 2 of us who were done first already had fallen and had no body left. We all had to go back to the hotel and start over.

Visiting from out of town on new years eve and desperately needed a trim! Last thing I wanted was someone to cut off all my LONG hair, so u made sure I went to the place with the highest reviews in the area i was..... they chopped about 8 inches off my hair when literally said at least 10 times I just needed a trim, no blow dry or anything..... it has been 6 months and Im still upset about it. As u was getting my hair "trimmed" I was not high enough in the chair to see exactly what was going on in the mirror. Although the people were super friendly, I was FAR from happy with them chopping off all off about 8 inches of my hair when I just asked repeatedly for a quick trim....

I went here for a blowout while I was on vacation. I have extremely curly and thick hair and she blew my hair out beautifully. If I lived in Clearwater Yolanda would be my permanent hairdresser. She uses very nice hair care products on your hair and knows exactly what will look great on you. I wished my husband was traveling with me at the time because I am convinced she could have given him the best haircut ever. But wait...theres more....Yolanda is also an awesome and genuine person who cares about each and every person she meets. She imparts a little bit of heaven onto your soul and makes you feel blessed that you met her. Highly recommend.

This is the best hair cut I have ever received in my life. I have never felt more welcomed than at Salon south beach. On top of Yolandas hospitality, I have never received a better haircut. I am from Dallas but if I had the money, I would come back here every 3 weeks to keep up with this phenomenal work of art. If I didnt know what Michelangelo looked like, I would have thought she was that person based off her hair sculpting skills. Also the best conversation I have had in a while.

I arrived in Clearwater on vacation after a hectic week beforehand. I was unable to get my hair cut before we left our hometown. With fingers crossed, I called the Salon Southbeach and they were able to work me into their busy Saturday schedule. Yolanda and the other employees made me feel sooo at home! And the haircut was just what I needed to help me completely relax and enjoy my time off! I would recommend Salon Southbeach to anyone in the Clearwater area.

I rarely use the word awesome to describe anything but salon south beach is nothing short of awesome. The ambiance is not pretentious, its relaxing and comfortable and the service is very good. Yolanda cut my hair perfectly and I feel like a new woman. I usually dont got to salons because I hate overpaying for substandard quality and service. This was my first time at salon south beach and certainly will NOT be my last. Thank You very much!!!

Im there monthly, and its always a wonderful experience-always. My husband always loves my finished product hairstyle. Color of course, superb. Always the finest products. I love it. No itching. No burning. Only a rich classy style, completely shiny style. Oh and the atmosphere- One the Beach, NICE. Trust me Im a regular customer. PS Now my husband is also a believer.........!

Thank you so much to Lisa Kuehl at Salon Southbeach !!! I had my hair stylist on the day of my wedding cancel in the morning I walked into this salon and the ladies were fabulous!! They took care of me and made my day so much better!! Lisa did my hair and makeup and made me look like a million dollars!! Thank you ladies!!!You Rock!!!

My wife and I are vacationing in Clearwater Beach and I could not find a barber shop nearby. I went to a womens hair salon " Salon Southbeach" and got the best haircut ever. Plus Yolanda has a large screen TV with ESPN on all the time. She created the Sport Clips concept before they did. Great Hair Cut!!!

Very happy I found this salon for my wife online. We are here for a holiday and were looking for a real special place. Miss Dawns performance in cutting and coloring my spouses hair was great. The conversation with Yolanda while I was waiting was frank and inspiring. We both want to come again.

My whole family has become customers of Debbies salon--there is simply no comparison!! Teenagers consistently change their styles (Ours do!!!) and Salon South Beach always interprets and wields magical results. Thank you so much for that much needed cocoon to butterfly moment!!!

My eighteen year old daughter got a haircut at the Salon South Beach of Clearwater Beach and she is extremely happy with her look..I am, pleasantly surprised as my daughter is hard to please!! I recommend the salon to everyone!!

Guys dont miss out!!! Simply the best on the beach! I was on vacation and needed a haircut. I am a barbershop kind of guy but Yolanda made me feel right at home and gave me the best cut Ive had in a long time.

Love this place! The girls did an awesome job on my wedding party! Although they are a little pricey, I would suggest to anyone wanting to be satisfied.
