I went in a couple weeks ago to my get gel fake nails filled in. When I arrived they told me I had to have an appointment so I went to leave to go somewhere else but the man stopped me and said he would see if his sister could squeeze me in. She said she could do it. She rushed the whole thing, a few of my fingers ended up having some of the gel dried/stuck on my skin, they werent the same length, and she shaped on of my nails crookedly. After my nails were all filled in, she had to ask her brother to finish for her because her appointment had shown up. The paint job was wonderful so I have no complaints about that. Then less than a week later three of my nails broke off. That has never happened to me anywhere else. Maybe one nail might have popped off because it was over grown, but this was LESS THAN A WEEK later and THREE of them popped off. I wish they had been honest with me and said they had no time to do my nails so I could have gone elsewhere. I wont be coming back there to get my nails done.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment to have a fill done. I had one loose acrylic that had popped from the top but still attached to my natural nail. While attempting to replace it he ripped my natural nail off to the bed. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and opportunity to fix it. Until he started shaping one if my existing acrylics and made it way too short beyond fixable without redoing this nail all together. He completely butchered it. After that, with my raw nail and one horribly shaped nail I walked out. There was no reason to waste any more of my time and I certainly wasnt wasting my money on nails that I already hated. Ive never had such an awful experience at a nail salon or with a nail tech. Was forced to go to another salon to have them fixed and done properly. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

Id like to give this place a zero on cleanliness and professionalism. This place is dusty and unorganized. The employees are not dressed professionally and have poor appearance as if they dont care what they are going to be put to out there. I could have done my hair myself. Ive been sitting here for almost 30 minutes past the time my hair was supposed to be washed out and Im about to lose it. I just watched a woman massage another womans hand with lotion with only one of her hands and the other on the phone talking with someone. Should have walked out when I could have.

I had a facial done here and it was the best facial ever! So relaxing! The lady who did my facial was amazing I will def get another one from her. On the downside I got a massage the same day and prob wont get another one because the lady doing it kept leaving the room (I mean like 4 or 5 times) during it which made it very hard to relax during it. But I have had pedicures done there as well and I would highly recommend it for a pedicure or facial. I havent tried any other then these 3 services.

Very clean, organized and getting busier! :-) An appointment is not needed BUT recommened since they have been picking up in the cliental. I have had nails and pedicure done. However, I am going to try the hair department to see about it.

Wont be going back. Ive only had my nails for a week. Two already broke and the paint is already gone. She rushed to get them done too. Never going back
