I have been going to fancy salons for the last many years and many of them are big names in the Cleveland area. My most recent hair cut and hair color was a disaster and I spent almost $300, not to mention $40 additional tips. I was a loyal customer to that salon for the last 3 years and felt tricked when the stylist experimented on me with the new hair color and even made it worse by saying, "OMG!! !its so beautiful" at least 100 times. Now I recall how other customers were rolling their eyes because they could see that she was deceiving me with these exaggerated complements. It was time for me to start looking elsewhere. I was surprised to read amazing reviews of SonaLia and wondered how much of it was actually true. How can anyone get 5/5 from 38 reviews. I have never seen 100% customer satisfaction for anything in this world. So I decided to go to Olgas Salon, SonaLia. I was greeted with a "never seen before" sincere hospitality and was assigned to Patrick for the haircut. He instantly looked at my color and in a rational scientific manner, he showed me the errors made by the previous stylist. He understood the difficulties in coloring Indian hair due to the pigment composition. Within 10 minutes, he came up with a toner that he had created and my hair looked amazing within 20 minutes. He then showed me the flaws in the layering created by the previous stylist . I instantly knew that I was talking to someone who has a passion for this job and takes pride in his work. I 100% recommend Patrick and SonaLia for all your hair cut and styling and coloring needs because it truly brings amazing results and we get value for our money.

Im new to the area but looking at Google then Yelp I found this salon due to all the 5 star reviews. Given its so hard to find a good stylist, I had to give it a try and see if it was for real. I made an appointment with Olga, I had no idea she was the owner and she was so wonderful and helpful. We talked for a good 20 minutes about what I would have done at my old salon, and we discussed my color and cut and ways to change it up and make it more fresh looking. She really knows her business, she did exactly what she said she would do, no surprises. I have gotten so so many compliments!, my husband loved it the second I walked in the house! I already made a new appointment to get my nails done, she does it the European way, and her work is so perfect, just look at her nails and you know. She mentioned they do Spa treatments too. I found my new Salon! Thank you Olga!

I just had my first ever facial here, and I cannot rave enough about what a fabulous experience it was! I had no idea what facials were all about but after reading reviews of Sonalia I knew I wanted to have one here. All I can think is, WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG?! Olga is AMAZING. She is absolutely phenomenal at what she does, and on top of it she is incredibly kind and sweet (and pretty, not to be creepy but its true!). If you are self conscious about your skin, dont even worry, because there is no criticism here- just relaxation and maybe a tip or two on your way out the door! I am honestly devastated that I am moving for school after discovering this magical place, but you can bet Ill be back here over every holiday! I feel like a new (younger and happier) woman! Ask for Olga, get your facial here, but be careful you may become addicted!

After reading the reviews for this salon I knew I had to go there. Olga was lovely and she and Patrick were able to get me in ASAP which I loved as I was desperate for a cut/new look. Patrick was a gem! Kind, funny and most importantly honest. He told me his recommendations when I asked his opinion rather than just agree with me, which I loved! Not only did he give me exactly what I was looking for but he modified it for my hair type. More importantly he made me feel welcomed and secure with a large chop (I cut about 4 inches off). My new cut and color has all my friends and family telling me this is the best they have ever seen me! I highly recommend this salon, Olga and Patrick. I will absolutely be returning and hope to become a regular client.

The best hair salon and spa in Cleveland ! Very clean all the time. Gary does fabulous massage, with hot stones, and tools I have ever seen or feel before, can be 100% relaxed after massage, his hands are amazing, he does also shaving and my hair cuts. I grew up in LA, Lived everywhere, his hands are totally different then anyone else in my life whoever cut my hair, will never go anywhere, and his wife is a very nice girl, she does my wifes hair, highlights, manicure, pedicure, eye brow, facial........, We appreciate your hard working job, we love you, thanks God we found you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FROM MY WHOLE FAMILY (kids and grandparents included). Nice to even speak with highly educated people .

Fantastic work! This is my 3rd time going to this salon. First round, Vince was my stylist and did an awesome color correction and haircut. The 2nd and 3rd rounds, Patrick did a phenomenal job, especially with my type of hair: Asian hair! Believe me when I say that I am really picky with stylists who touch my hair due to horrible cuts and color I have had before. Patrick is honest and fortright with his suggestions. He will suggest what would work/not work- a compromise between technicality and creativity. So far, the stylists at SonaLia are masters in their craft. Go ahead and schedule your next appointment with the SonaLia hair salon team! Look for Patrick. You wont regret it.

I love this salon and the people! I needed my hair done for a wedding, and I needed it to be excellent! I had my hair done in a very fancy up-duo and Narine did a fabulous job! It lasted for over 24 hours!!!! How many hair stylists do you know that can do that? I have never had a hair stylist that could actually do what they say they can. I am absolutely blown away, I will recommend everyone to go to this hair salon. Not only is the service amazing, but they as people are one of the most loving and generous group of people I have ever met. God bless you guys! Also, I am very very picky about my hair, If I say someone is good then trust it! :D

Ive been coming to SonaLia Hair Salon for quite sometime now. Great location with easy parking. The haircuts are excellent and Olga is GREAT. Its always a pleasant experience in a stress free environment. I recommend this place without reservation! If you want a hair stylist who takes her time, asks you how you want your hair to look, and recommends cuts, this is the place youve been looking for and Olga is the stylist you want. Im looking forward to my next haircut. My wife not only thinks my hair looks great but she gets her hair done here as well. Check it out. Once you try this place you wont want to go anywhere else.
