Ive been coming here for over a year and a half now, and I have loved it every since my first visit. I am very picky when it comes to who I trust with touching my hair. I did start as a walk-in, and instantly felt at-home. Nonna is the one that always does my hair. She is awesome. My favorite part about her is the high-level of customer service that she provides. She will not let me leave if I am unhappy with my hair. This hair salon is located in a small strip mall on the corner. There is plenty of parking. The salon has open house as well, I am not too sure exactly what they are as I usually call ahead of time to schedule an appointment. Do not let the exterior of the salon fool you. All of the ladies inside are more than helpful, and have provided the best customer service that I have ever seen at a hair salon. Very diverse group of ladies working there, and I love it! :-) Not to mention, these ladies also do nails and provide waxing services. Awesome! I have recommended three ladies to Nonna so far, and all have been pleased. If you happen to stop by, ask for her! She also specializes in Permanent Japanese Straightening by Yoku. This is a $300 treatment that is worth every penny and will leave your hair beautiful and straight for endless days. This is highly recommended for women that hair curly or wavy hair that desire the straight-as-a-board hair look. Call and schedule your appointment with Nonna!

First experience at this Salon. Staff seemed extremely unprofessional. Not a lot of English was spoken, mostly Russian. The body wave I asked for came out okay, but I was terrified since Olga seemed to be doing a perm for the very first time. The water heater was broken so the water was cold. Olga took another customer while I was waiting so she kicked me out of the chair so she could do the other customer. Water and perm solution was pouring all over the place including my face and into my ears. I have perm burns on my forehead which I hope will go away very soon. I will NEVER go there again. Waste of $100...should of done an at home perm and probably have a better turnout.

Ive been coming to this salon for many years. Everyone that works here is extremely nice & polite. You can tell they really care about you and take pride in their work. If you are even slightly unhappy with the result, they wont let you leave until youre satisfied! The only thing I would recommend is to modernize the salon in a few ways, but thats just small. They put all their effort into their customers and Im okay with that. I wont go to another salon due to past experiences. I completely trust these ladies to keep me beautiful. :D

Hairstylist Nonna is simply THE BEST. A GREAT hairstyle makes A WORLD of difference! Nonna is a magician with her scissors and her colors - you can expect a wonderful transformation in just an hour. The rates are great - and the work she does is amazing. I will recommend this hairstylist to everybody. Definitely I will be a client of hers as long as she is available.
