I scheduled a "blow out" and bridal consultation the day before my wedding here, Cheryl was my stylist..after half drying my hair she began to flat iron and curl the ends into tiny inch curls, which looked like prom 1998.. I asked for a blow out with volume and a little natural wave. She said she didnt know how to make the waves and bigger, so I suggested velcro rollers since she didnt seem to know what a blow out was, she put my half wet hair in rollers and set me 10 inches in front of a cold dryer, when I complained she had her assistant run a cool dryer over the rollers for about a min, then tried to take them out, they were still damp, I had to dry my hair at home. For the wedding I asked for a loose updo with large loose natural looking curls that could be taken down...out came the flatiron and 1 inch prom curls, she used 2 tablespoons full of hair cream and kept putting in stiff roll like curls. I asked repeatedly for a looser style, which she tried to correct with more pins and product. total train wreck, I had to take it out and try to start over with all the product in. The "assistant" who couldnt finish my blowout the day before was suddenly a sylist, who gave one of my bridesmaids the prom hair of a 15yr old. Another of the stylists tried to curl one bridesmaids hair which was shorter, made her look like Annie, then had to flat iron it to save it. total disaster. dont even think of coming here. The owner did nothing to stop the carnage. 3 of the 5 had to re-do our own hair....This place is no better than Great Cuts or Bo-Ricks

I used to go to Beachwood regularly. Jessica was one of my favorites. But the only thing with Jessica she lost a lot of weight then she became very stuck up very rude. I was not there for her personality. Because she used to do my hair good but the only thing is she use to cut too much. So I had a 50% off card I went and redeemed it through another person at the salon I got like $500 work done to my hair and they would NOT redeem it and the lady the manager the old lady trying to act and look young (please) that sits upfront very rude very hateful. Then there was also a Russian woman barely speak English that works there and they were ganging up on me for no reason theyre telling me because they couldnt redeem the card because I did not go to Jessica. It did not say that on the card. 50% off. Jessica did not say one word to help me The situation .So I would tell you not to go there , very hateful, very rude n way to stuck up for people looking like hillbillies and theyre thinking there trying to make them self look better with 10 pounds of make up nice hairdos and clean clothes. Bad place Do not go there.

My wife use to be a regular close to a year at the hair salon inside the beechwood mall,until they made my wife"s hair, way different color. Her name is Holly, n Jessica she has been to on many occasions, ok we understand that happens, she agreed her fault, n gave my wife a complementary color correct for the next time my wife goes back. Cut the long story short, when my wife went back with the complementary hair process it came up to $400 and they do not want to accept the card by only giving 30% off. My wife was furious. The manager is Extremely rude. Jessica is ok to color hair, but DONOT have her cut your hair. She does what she wants. You tell her 1 inch she cuts three inches. Happened more then one visit. My personally opinion do not go to the salon into Beachwood mall very rude and snotty hateful people. All other Dino salons my wife went to our much nicer

Very dissapointed. Such a rude front desk and manager. Cant believe they are actual good reviews. Must be the staff itself posting or something. Me and my wife were never treated as bad as at this salon. So I booked my wife an apointment and got a confirmation per text. As we show up the front desk is very very rude. Does not acknowledge us for over 15 minutes(we were just right infront of their faces) but then smile at us and say we dont have an appointment. We told them and showed them the text and they said they never send. Who are we kidding here? I did not drive that far and made an appointment to be treated like crap. Save your money and nerves and go somewhere were thy treat you nice and how it should be.

As I am a former Hair Stylist, I know what above and beyond customer service is. Kelly went above and beyond for me. She took me from an ombre to all over red hair color. Though she used bleach on my hair she used Olaplex to make sure my hair was not damaged. She stayed late just to finish my hair and that made me feel truly valued as a client. Along with Kelly, a few other stylists helper her out to make sure my processing went smoothly. I loved seeing the team work that went into my hair transformation, its definitely not something that you see in every salon. I would highly recommend any of the girls at Beachwood.

Very Clean,modern.Nice people..I have thick wavy freezy hair.Jessica has helped has taught me how to get them healthy and straight..I have been going to this hair solon for some time,and had others,and never been dissaopinted in there job what they do..My whole family goes to them..The last person that did my hair her name is Jessica,and she was great.She has put some thing called Kerotain on my hair,that has took the freeze away,and made me look beyond..Its worth every Dollar to go to them..Dino only gets people that have a good hand i will call a gift...Thank you thank you so much

Went to Dino Palmieri because my previous hairdresser left and the stylist she recommended wrecked my color. I went to another place to try to have it fixed with no luck and then went to DP because of their reputation. I asked for their best colorist and I may have gotten the best in Northeastern Ohio! Nadya does a fabulous job. She listens to what you want and then uses her skills to give you what you want and need. I love my color and my cut and wont let anyone else near my hair. Ive had good experiences with my nails there too.

WOW! What a wonderful experience I had at Dino Palmeri in Beachwood Mall. My stylist was Holly, she was super friendly and knew EXACTLY what I wanted, even when I wasnt sure. My normal hair stylist from another salon was booked, so on a whim I decided to call Dino Palmeri. They were able to get me into a same day appointment, and my hair came out excellent! I even decided to book an second appointment back with Holly!

When I went to get my hair trimmed, I all of a sudden ended up with short hair and all these layers without the stylist talking to me about it. Then after I went home, I discovered that she had cut one side really short with the layers and the other side had no layers! So with my curly hair, it all ended up sticking straight out and looking freakish! I called the salon to complain and they never called me back!
