Do not use for your commercial re-roofing service. I cant speak for their residential side however I did deal with Tim from the commercial side. I was planning on replacing 3 metal A frame roofs at my manufacturing facility. I called Red River for a quote and after a few weeks Tim responded. After some back and forth he came out, took pictures and sent a quote a few weeks later. I had asked him to revise it to include some adjustments and he replied 1 week later that after he looked at it the numbers would be a wash. I wanted white under-siding which he stated the standard color was almond. Ok well how much for white? Then he says the standard is Off- White. I asked which is it, off white or almond? A month went by before he responds that the manufacturer gave him a response that it is now a standard of Primer White. At this point I had already decided that I was not going to trust this project to people with this kind of customer service and lack of knowledge about metal industrial roofing as much as they claim otherwise. Fast forward to a month ago (this whole thing started in March) Tim emails to see if we are still considering his quote. Since he never gave me the final revision stating the color and other revisions I wanted, I finally replied a few days ago and said I wanted the updated quote stating everything I asked the be done if they wanted to be considered. Tims revised quote is now $65,013 more compared to what was "a wash" a few months ago. He had some guys come out who actually knew what they were doing take a look at my site and now has given me an "accurate quote." I called him on this and he said as much. I mentioned that I guess its a good thing for him that I didnt sign the original apparently not accurate quote to which he agreed that they would have "lost their ass." Thats a funny way to quote work I responded to which he replied "well the 90 days has past on that so it doesnt matter." It was over 90 days when he asked if we were still wanting it done in June. I can only imagine the quality of work and the bait and switch methods they would have no doubt done to try to save money if we had in fact used them. Definitely be wary of your quoted price and what they say will be your final price because apparently the do not give "accurate quotes" the first time around.

We signed our paperwork in January to get our new roof, and we were told they would start in a few weeks. After a few weeks went by, we were again told that it would be a few weeks. After 5 months of that, they finally started in June. Everything seemed to be going fine until they told us that they were waiting on a part that would arrive the following week. Then we received a bill stating that work was 100% complete. We called them to tell them that work was not complete. We were still waiting for them to fix a part of our roof that was sagging, and still waiting for that part that hadnt arrived. The office staff was unaware that our roof was not finished, but had someone else contact us about it. That person told us that the part we were waiting on was on backorder, and he didnt know anything about the sagging section of our roof. He said he would check on it for us. So all of that was in June, and it is now August, and I received the bill today stating that work is complete. I called the office, and they didnt know that it wasnt complete, and asked what part of it was incomplete. So it seems like no one in this company communicates with each other about what is going on. Based on the quotes we got in January, we really thought our roof would be finished in February, but here we are in August, still waiting. **Update - It is now mid September, and my roof is still not finished. **2nd update - Roof was finished in November. Workers left my gate open, allowing my dog to escape. Luckily he didnt get far.

Tony was on top of everything when we needed change orders and James was more than prompt in turning in the additional information to our insurance company. I called as soon as the storm cleared and got an immediate response to schedule a team out the next morning. They arrived early and took care of my emergency. It was only a few days before I got a quote, and a few days later to complete the repair. Everyone has been pleasant and helpful. The price was very fair and Im quite pleased with the result.

Red River did an inspection of my roof and advised me it was not ready to be replaced yet. They then gave me a list of estimated repairs with my help pointing out problem areas. They were very reasonable on the repairs and they were made within 2 weeks. The repairs were done professionally and completely.
