three years ago we had them come replace our roof because we live on a hill so after two shingle roofs were put on we decided to go with a metal one. when the guys came out to put it on, they ripped the shingles off and started on the roof with absolutely no wrap. then they move all the wood strips so much then screwed the metal on then they would take it up and start all over again. then 8 mos. later I look up one night and the ceiling was bowing and you could see the stripes when the water had down. the damage goes on from there. my husband having had lung cancer to Agent Orange was coughing so bad he could hardly breath and the floor had soft places so bad my cats were leary so I started ripping the carpet up in strips only see the subfloor was wet and falling apart. 2 people they finally sent out after I had to beg them, took pics and showed me and said this roof needs to be totally replaced. now my cabinets have fallen because the floor under them has basically decinagrated. its a mess and we had to replace the subfloor and he said he could do it for less money. he wouldnt even come out and look. My husband was Military Order of the Purple Heart for 30 yrs. and took care of our Vets so they could get what they deserved. and how we got treated. So sad!

Honest and dependable. I had wind damage on my roof that was being covered by my insurance. I called 4 different roofing companies. Cen-Tex bid my roof with in a hundred dollars(lower) of the insurance estimate. None of them had access to the insurance estimate. This was my way of seeing who was doing a more accurate job from the start. The closest one to them was $800 dollars over and the other 2 were not in the ball park. Fred Taylor was VERY patient with us deciding the type and color and kept in contact with us every step of the way. I went to work that morning and came home to a finished roof and a house with a new look. I recommend this company highly.

I had several other roofing companies out to look at the hail damaged roof. Cen-Tex was the only one who spent time with me explaining the entire process. Randy was very helpful and pleasant to speak to. He listened to all the things I wanted with the new roof installation and helped suggest a new color that would work with my house. Great service before, during, and after the installation!! I would recommend Cen-Tex to anyone needing a new roof! Great job! -Happy Waco homeowner!

I requested a quote for a major remodel, they promptly sent people out to look at the work I wanted done. They promised me a quote within a week, that was more than 4 months ago, still havent gotten a quote or call. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Needless to say they are off my list of potential remodelers, I would recommend you not waste your time with Cen-Tex Roofing go somewhere else.

Absolutely the most excellent service I have received in a long time. Mike put together an estimate overnight, crew was out the next week, and completely stripped my old roofing and installed new metal roof in one day. Mike (my sales rep) came out the next day to inspect and make sure I was happy. I Was!!! Thanks Brad for coordinating everything in the office for a smooth install.

If you want the professionals to do your roof...call Cen-Tex Roof Systems. They gave us the best price on a new roof for the Billington Baptist Church. We are all so very pleased with how quick they replaced the roof and how great it looks!! Plus, they handled everything!! When I need a new roof in the future, I will not call anyone else but Cen-Tex Roof Systems!!!

I needed a roof repair due to a leak. Randy came out for a look but refused to quote the repair & quoted an entire roof replacement instead. He claimed that my roof had hail damage and that the insurance company would agree. I arranged for my insurance company to check it out and they felt that there was no hail damage, Cen-Tex just wasted my time.

cen tex does good work because they do not do the work at all the hardeat thing they do is put theyr sign in your yard they charge an arm and a leg and sub out the work only to pay the subcontractor pennies on the dollar.I know this first hand,i refused to work for them as a sub contractor.
