From the start, Manuel Chavez was the only roofer (of 4) who seemed legitimately interested in replacing our roof. The no pressure, straight forward approach was both informative and reassuring. The workers showed up, coffee and shingle scraper in hand, and were on the roof within 1 minute (literally) of backing up to my house! Many times throughout the day I was strongly encouraged, by the crew, to join them on the roof and check out their work. I have a 2.5 year old daughter and 2 outside dogs. I made it clear that I needed as many nails to be picked up as possible. He assured me his crew would do 3 passes with the magnet. Every time I looked out the window or stepped outside, a member of the crew was hunting for nails! Scale of 1-10 Professionalism---10 Quality of Work---10 Pride in Work---10 Price---10 My wife and I are extremely happy with our new roof and will highly recommend Manuel Chavez to friends and family!

Amazing roofer for Waco, TX! This roofing repair was splendid. Heart about these guys by chance, but since I consider myself as a lucky guy, that wasnt really a surprise for me. Anyway lets get back to the important part of the story and that is how this company did it. Well, if I have to say it with a single word - it was a perfect experience. No worries at all, no issues during that service and not a high price for the job. All that make me feel I found the right roofer this time. Will use again. Thank you!
