The initial experience was great..I had Brett come out and see me he did a quick walk around and said he would also help with my insurance adjuster and meet with him as I would be out of town..well the time comes and he is a no show no call after several attempts to contact him days before the adjuster was to come out..I even had the adjuster call him to no avail..so if you want a quick walk around and someone to stand you up it looks like you found the right roofing company...had a quick response from the company and they are working with me towards a satisfactory outcome! ...Thank You John for the call...when a company shows they care it makes all the difference

John and his employees will take care of you from start to finish. John was out the day after I called him to assess some storm damage to our roof and had a quote to me the next day. The crew was efficient, completing the repair in less than a day and cleaning up the yard before they left. When we sold the property several months later, John even came back to help us assure the buyer that the roof was in good shape. I worked with Drew to get an estimate and he was awesome. He brought samples in different styles and price ranges so that I could make the best choice for quality and curb appeal in my price range. The crew who installed it worked from early morning until dark in order to get it done that day and it is beautiful. The crew protected all my shrubs and plants prior to getting started tearing of my old wood shake roof and did immaculate clean up when the job was done. Drew came by the day after the roof was done to do a final inspection. I would highly recommend Rhoden Roofing!

This is a professional team; I have some rental properties and I am completely comfortable handing my issues to this company and letting them run with it. They will manage claims, insurance company communications, and the entire process from start to finish. However, if youre more of a hands-on type of person, theyll give frequent updates if you wish. Couldnt be happier - definitely the first call I make if I have a roofing/guttering issue.

Rhoden Roofing is made up of experienced individuals who are eager to help you conquer your next project. From commerical to residential... these guys are experts in filing insurance claims. Right after the huge ice storm in 2009, Rhoden Roofing was on the streets of Wichita to begin work on repairs. During the 2010 holiday season they gave away a roof to a deserving family... this is a local company worth supporting!

Came out to give an estimate, had no idea if they could do the job, never followed up with estimate. Dont waste your time. Your inspector said he would have an estimate on Monday April 3. I told your office manager follow through is key to having my business. I also found it amusing that I got a phone call 30 minutes after the review, but couldnt get a call about the actual estimate.

We had our roof replaced two summers ago after a hail storm. The sales team was friendly and helpful and the roofers were very polite and did their best to stay out of our way.
