Roofing Solutions of Texas did a great job for me. DO NOT CONFUSE THEM WITH A PLACE WITH A SIMILAR NAME THAT KEEPS CALLING FROM A SPOOFED NUMBER…. I just looked through all 40 reviews and it looks like everyone that did not give Roofing Solutions a 5 were confusing them with the other place. My roof was hit by hail earlier this year and I decided to go with Roofing Solutions. Terry was very patient during the quoting, walking us through all the details of the insurance estimate, what each line item meant and how the interaction with the insurance company would work. The crew that came was very careful not to damage anything, covering the pool and making sure fragile items around the house would not get damaged by the debris coming down from the roof. There was always someone on site that spoke English (Scott or Anthony), so no problems there as questions came up. Although they are very busy with all the hail damage in the area, I never felt like they were compromising quality to rush. We discovered late in the build that the existing vent for the dryer was not the proper type and Scott bought the proper one and replaced it. This was not necessarily Roofing Solution’s issue, but Scott readily offered to replace it even though it slowed them down. The initial start was delayed by rain and because of that, the crew had to do an intermediate clean up the first day. Long story there, but no complaints from Scott and crew even though they had to work later than usual to clean up. The final clean-up was great. The gutters installed afterwards were also done well. We had a few very minor issues with final inspection of the roof, but Scott came back within 24 hours to touch things up. Great job overall and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

I am always suspicious of companies that have lots of five-star reviews, but this one is right. I have a leak around my chimney. First off, Mr. Jackson came out and climbed up to have a look. He stopped on the part of my house that has a flat roof and asked me to come up. I thought for sure he was about to sell me a new roof for part of the house where I DONT have a leak! Nope. While he expressed some concerns in general, he also said that it was evident that whoever did it the first time did it right and Mr. Jackson added that there was no point in doing anything unless it actually leaked. Whew! Then he continued up the roof to the chimney. After he returned, he again went on about the good job that had been done originally. In fact, he couldnt find anything wrong. He showed me photos, gave me the number of another company, and said hed tell Mr. Brooks about it as he had more experience with this sort of thing. I asked how much I owed for the estimate: $0. Mr. Brooks came over a short time ago and checked out the chimney. He was of the opinion that it needed a different kind of cap, but they didnt do that sort of thing. He sketched out what he thought would be the solution and told me to get in touch with someone else. If the cap didnt fix it, then Mr. Brooks said he knew what to try next. Again, I asked how much this estimate cost and again I was told $0. So at this point I have not used their services, at least paid ones. But I would feel very confident in recommending them and using them myself. No one tried to hard or even soft sell me anything and they gave me their professional advice completely free.

We had a VERY tricky roof leak. Several other contractors and roofers just couldnt fix it. So I finally joined Angies List to find a competent, professional roofer who would get this problem solved for good. But what a shock to discover that many local roofing companies were not interested in doing roof repairs! (Thats like a plumber who doesnt want to do plumbing, isnt it?!?), After hiring Roofing Solutions of Texas, we learned WHY some roofing companies dont want to do repairs: they cant! Now I always thought that doing roof repairs is easy, and roofing an entire house is hard, but, apparently its just the opposite. Ive since learned that roof repairs take experience, knowledge, and tenacity. I also learned that our flat roof, where our air conditioners sit, were very difficult to fix -- but Roofing Solutions of Texas had a plan, and executed it perfectly. They gave us a written plan for fixing our problem (while several other roofers came by, but asked US what we wanted to do! How would we know?!?). Best of all, these guys did MUCH MORE than they promised to do. Absolutely no complaints about Roofing Solutions of Texas. These guys are the real deal. They even do little roof repairs, when many other roofing companies either wont do them, or make you feel like theyll take your money -- but dont know what to do. Im entering Roofing Solutions of Texas contact info in my phone, because if I or anyone I know ever needs a professional roofer, these guys are the only roofing company that Im going to call.

You can rate a company best by how they perform AFTER the check has been written. My roof was completed in September 2015. So today, six months after my roof was completed, I had a leak. I text Bill and he was at my house within an hour, and up on the roof in the rain. To be absolutely clear, the leak was a result of me not maintaining a window sill and its poor construction. Bill instructed me how to properly fix, and provided some sealant to use after I reframe the window. He said he could get it done but I elected to complete myself. Heres the best part; Bill looked me in eye, shook my hand, and said "if we do your roof, we stand behind it". He has proven that to me. Just like the rest of these reviews, I received a quality job, completed on the day as promised, and at a very competitive price(my roof was not an insurance claim). I also got assurance and proof they will stand behind their work, even after they have been paid. Id recommend TX Roofing Solutions without hesitation.

We have a very tricky leak in a flat roof on the 4th floor of our town home. Over the past year, Ive had several top-rated companies come out to take a look. Because the companies are busy due to recent rains, and because its a very small roof, and very high up, most of the companies seem to be sending their "B" team salesmen who arent experienced. A few of the companies even said theyre no longer installing flat roofs. But Bill from Roofing Solutions came out today and for the first time in two years, I have confidence that a company can solve this problem. He returned my call this morning and within 6 hours was up on the roof water testing and inspecting. Bill came across as very intelligent, knowledgeable, and really seemed to care about solving the problem for once and for all, despite the height and space challenges. I would recommend Roofing Solutions to anyone who values service, professionalism-- and maybe most importantly--real problem-solving.
