I met Will Merrifield several years ago when he knocked on our door several days after a strong storm in the area. After he introduced himself and asked if we would like him to check our roof for damage. I advised him that we received no damage due to the storms even though all around us did. He didnt push the issue and left his information asking if he could return if another storm occurred. Several years later after another storm Will knocked again and this time I did allow him to check our roof. After his examination of the roof he told us we did have some damage but didnt warrant a replacement. We both agreed and he again said he would be by after another storm of it was ok with us. Will came by after the last storm of 2016. He examined the roof and advised this time we did have extensive damage. I notified our insurance and had our roof inspected. The claims rep stated we had damage but not a total damage as Will had advised. After contacting Will he contacted our insurance and both he and the claims rep inspected the roof. Mr Merrifield worked with the rep and was able to show more that enough damage that the roof was listed as a total damage. Now the roof can be replaced with the same quality roof that is currently on it and not the intended cheaper materials that the insurance rep was listing. Fantastic company! I knew I had hail damage from the last big storm, but was just hesitant in choosing a roofing company. I had seen so many of my neighbors go through some terrible experiences with several other roofing companies. But I did see that one of my neighbors got top quality work and in a timely manner and I asked her who she used. It was with IFC Roofing. I called them and spoke with a very nice gentleman. He came to my house, showed me the damage on the roof (in a great report with pictures) and explained to me my options. He didnt over sell me by trying to get me to buy things I didnt need (like many other companies tried). He answered all my questions which allowed me to make an educated decision. They came out a few days later, put on the roof, covered up all my plants, cleaned up their mess and left me with a brand new top quality roof. They even repainted my fence which I didnt even realize had hail damage! I would (and do) highly recommend IFC Roofing to anybody looking to repair or replace their roof!

IFC Roofing does an amazing job, we were able to get an honest roof inspection before we purchased our house when our inspector found some issues. IFC Roofing was able to affordably fix the issues and when we have a hail storm I know who I am going to call. I really liked the detailed report that they emailed me with pictures not only after the inspection but after the work was completed I was again shown pictures and they went over everything they did. Their crew is clean cut and very nice to work with and the best part is that they are a local company and care about their neighbors. All in all I am very happy with them and would totally recommend them and actually have. They did a friend of mines roof last spring and did an amazing job.

The IFC team and especially Adam Ullrich, who took care of everything from arranging to be here when the insurance adjuster came to assess the hail damage we had on our roof to the point where everything was completed beyond our expectations, provided my family and I with utmost consideration and the highest level of professionalism. The entire process from A to Z was one of the most trouble-free and pleasant experiences we have ever had with any construction or renovation job we have ever had to do on our house. IFC Roofing is a company I would defiantly refer to anybody and use again. I called and met with Adam on Friday and my problem was fixed by Monday and at an extremely reasonable price. He said he just wanted to make sure I was completely happy with the job. I received a call when his guys were on the way again prior to beginning the job and follow up calls as well. I just tried to get them to come give me a bid on my roof for a specific grade of materials and specific work I wanted done to it. They refused to do it. Mike Birch told me "We dont work that way. We work with the insurance company and settle a claim first. Then we will come back and tell you how much your roof will cost and how much the upgrades will cost." Does anyone else see a gaping red flag here?

We had a great experience working with IFC. They were so helpful dealing with our insurance company and really fought for us when our adjuster claimed we had a different type of roof than we actually had. They also came back out at 7 am when a storm damaged our roof a few months after installation. Altogether very helpful, quick and reliable. I would highly recommend.
