The first appointment for an estimate was cancelled due to Steve Gregory being unable to make it due to a truck breakdown on the road. For the second appointment, this same individual was late with no communication. Had to call the office to find out if we had the time wrong, or if they were letting us down again. Finally did get together for an estimate and hired this company for roof repairs. Two weeks after the work, during the first rainstorm, we found out that we had the same leaks. Either the repairs were made poorly, or they were not made at all. Called for Steve to show up again. A worker finally showed up 2:30 minutes late! He admitted that he couldnt work in the rain, which means that we wasted a day waiting on someone to show up and do the CORRECT work which should have been done the first time. You make your own conclusion, but we are just glad that they are not the only company out there, as we will never use them again, and so should you.

For years, we have always thought of first calling Jody and Acme Roofing whenever we need ANYTHING done on our homes roof! Their work has been so good that OTHER companies (such as the brick masons we have used) have complimented the jobs they have done for us. Is Acme roofing the cheapest around? No, but you wouldnt want the least expensive. Are they the most expensive? Not at all. Reasonable? Absolutely! And always a high-quality job. The one time we were concerned about a problem after a job was completed, Jody was kind enough to send one of his supervisors to our home on a Saturday afternoon, about an hour after I called him. Now, thats good service.

If you need a new roof or a simple repair, Acme Roof Systems is the company to use. We have had simple repairs done including a chimney replacement all the way to a complete roof. They were very knowledgeable whenever I had a question and were always available to work with my schedule. The workers who did the work on the roof and chimney were very polite and kept the area safe and clean for us as we were coming and going. In fact, Acme Roof Systems was so impressive that numerous homeowners on our block, in Watauga, have had them do their roofs as well. I highly recommend Acme Roof Systems for any roof repairs or replacements!

Wow! Great job. We have a small house, only took 24 squares to complete but they treated me as if we lived in a mansion. They had the old Timberline roof removed in an hour and a half and the new felt and Timberline roof down 4 hours after that!. It took about an hour to clean up and look for nails and then they were gone! Roof looks good and Dwayne kept to his word on schedule and quality. Now, to be sure, they wont be the least expensive of the contractors you call but they will be the best of the contractors you call. I hope I dont have to use their warranty but I feel confident they will be around should that need arise.

We had our Arbor modified, and the pergola stripped off and a hipped roof put on. Jody and Sean came out and helped us with a beautiful design! I wish I could post a picture on here, because the work that was done came out beyond our expectations, and for less than we expected to pay! Sean and his crew did all the work, and had it done in 2 Days! Our Arbor, now is the highlight of our backyard pool area and will finally be something that provides shade and protection from the rain. Thanks Sean and Jody for a great job! We love it!

So, we had some hail damage and needed a roofer to come out quickly. Called Acme and they were out to my house on time and were able to schedule me in much quicker than the other roofers I called. They were very professional and worked well with my insurance company. Very satisfied. Hopefully, I wont need them again any time soon, but we saved their phone number, just in case.
