We just had our roof replaced by Elevated Roofing and are totally satisfied with the results. We worked with Donnie Ketchens and Mike Witte who addressed all of our questions about the process. We knew we were missing some tiles and had a previous company look at our roof and they determined that there was hail and wind damage. They recommended that we contact our insurance company. The insurance company agreed to replace the roof. However, in subsequent dealings with the roofing company, we did not feel comfortable with them. Thankfully, that led us to Elevated Roofing. When Mike and Donnie came to inspect the damage, they also realized that our fence also suffered damage and recommended that we have the insurance company inspect the fence. The team completed the job in a little over a day and we have been through two heavy rains and everything is fine. We also had some internal damage to one of our bedrooms from a vent that leaked. Mike sent two workers to repair and paint the room. Fortunately, I had saved the cover from the previous paint job. All of the original vents were replaced with a RigidVent product, which appear to us to be more efficient. Finally, Mike also sent a painter to paint our chimney which had suffered some damage over the years. Our roof repair experience with Mike and Donnie has been so rewarding that we highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair done with excellence and integrity. They did what they said they would do.

I am a first time home buyer and currently in the locking period (did I get that term right?). I had great general inspection from Terry on Tuesday. Thinking through the results on Wednesday, I decided it was safer to have a professional inspection. My realtor gave me 3 choices, the first one was unable to give me an inspection with today or tomorrow. The second one called me back later in day. The third, Elevated Roofing, took my call via a real person, Tim. He appreciated my need to have a inspection done while I could include the results in the repair amendment. His man Brad was on site by 1pm in the afternoon, he did professional inspection. I know that I will get the final report tonight, in time for me to pass it along to my realtor. In addition to providing me great services, while Brad was on my roof, I saw and recorded damage my (future) neighbors roof. Brad notified my neighbor, sharing the pictures he had taken of the ridge damage. In a way, Ive indirectly been a good neighbor, before buying the house, thanks to Elevated Roofing. Looking forward to learning about the "annual" care service that Tim mentioned over the phone today.

My wife and I are new to Texas (Retired/Grandkids). We purchased a new home and really were not familiar with Texas weather. Donnie Kitchens from Elevated Roofing offered us a free roof inspection. Best move I have made in awhile. As I stated my wife and I are retired but I also have had a knee replacement so getting on my roof and looking around was not going to happen. Donnies inspection revealed significant hail damage to our new homes roof. Elevated Roof provided valuable assistance relating to our claim with our insurance company. Our insurance adjuster indicated that he had prior experience with Elevated Roofing and complimented them on their professionalism and expertise. Elevated Roofing promptly scheduled the roof replacement and finished the job in a day and a half. We are completely satisfied with the work done. Elevated Roofing took the care to cover our new pool and stayed off new sod on one side of the house. After the roofing crew finished, they cleaned up our yard of all debris. I would highly recommend (5 STARS) Elevated Roofing for anyone with roofing needs.

We had hail damage and needed a new rood. I read a review for Elevated Roofing that someone had written on the Nextdoor App so I did my research and decided to give them a call. Sean Lenard was very courteous and explained the whole process to us. He was there through the entire process. He met with the insurance adjuster, he was there the morning they started the job, he checked in a few times while the work was being done to make sure everything was going well, then he stopped by when the roof was complete to check out the work. He made sure my pool was covered and that none of my landscaping was damaged. The crew began the work on time both days they were working on our house. They were courteous and professional, keeping everything tidy as they worked. They cleaned up before they left for the first evening and after the roof was complete. The supervisor showed up the morning after the work was complete to check out the roof and make sure all the nails were cleaned up. So far we are very happy with our new roof and we do recommend Elevated Roofing.

We contacted our insurance company after our roof and fence was damaged in a hailstorm. The insurance company agreed to only partial repairs, stating that the damage wasn’t severe enough to replace the entire roof. Soon, many of our neighbors began having their roofs replaced so we proceeded to get a couple of roofing company estimates / evaluations, all of which indicated that the roof did indeed need replacement. We chose Elevated Roofing after seeing the quality of their work on several homes in our neighborhood and based on their professionalism after meeting with them. They agreed to meet with our insurance company for a re-inspection which they successfully were able to get the entire roof bought. They handled everything just as promised from the meeting with our insurance company for the re-inspection to picking up the last nail. We even used them to contract the fence re-staining and repainting our homes exterior We couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience.

We were treated with the utmost respect and every consideration to our comfort during the replacement of our roof was given. Mike Witte and the team at Elevated Roofing did an outstanding job on our home to recover from hail storm damage. We interviewed 12 roofing companies, without a doubt Elevated was the best choice. Through our research we found they use the best quality products, the roof comes with one of the longest warranties and most importantly they did a fantastic job. It was clear to us the culture at Elevated was different than any roofer we visited with. The culture shows in their quality of work and how they present themselves. Each team members wears an Elevated shirt and they drive very nice Elevated trucks. Our yard was clean the entire time from project start to finish. With our 3-year-old at home we were concerned about nails and debris, they did a great job of making sure all nails and trash were removed daily. Many of our neighbors used Elevated and are just as happy as we are.
