Dear Tarrant Roofing, On behalf of myself and my family, I would like to extend my heart-felt gratitude for the customer service, care and attention to detail from Mike Garcia and Tarrant Roofing. I realize that you may not know our story surrounding the home we purchased and the degrading condition of the cement tile roof but sufficed to say the situation was nothing short of a nightmare. Briefly I will share that we insured our home with a very reputable insurance provider that ultimately refused to indemnify us for the roof leaks that flooded our home in addition to several thousand dollars’ worth of damage. That company dropped our homeowners policy and we were faced with paying for a new roof out of pocket. We addressed several roofing companies, of which a few had lower bids on the roof. Upon a recommendation we contacted Mike Garcia from Tarrant. Mike didn’t waste a minute before meeting us at our home to discuss the possibilities and empathize with our out-of-pocket situation. You see, we are expecting two very special blessings to arrive in the next few months. The condition of my roof and the ensuing water damage would have caused significant concerns with my newborn baby girls and my wife, not to mention the expenses we will incur throughout the pregnancy. Mike addressed our questions, needs and concerns with surgical precision. I don’t know how one man can answer the phone at any given minute but he always took our call. Ultimately Tarrant Roofing had a higher bid than other companies we spoke with but I trusted Mike because of his knowledge, attention to detail and superior level of customer service. The result of Mikes dedication are protecting my family from the elements every day and I’m thankful for Mike, the roofing team and all the folks at Tarrant Roofing that made this new roof a reality for our growing family. Thank you!

Back in March, during a big hail storm, our home experienced some damage specifically our sky light cover was shattered. We called Tarrant Roofing and someone came out immediately and verified the sky light was fine and only the cover needed to be replaced. They told me they would have to order a new cover and it would take two weeks. Two weeks go by and suddenly I get an invoice in the mail for this work...work that was never completed or done. I called and they told me not to pay the invoice until the work was completed. More storms were rolling in and I was concerned. I asked Tarrant to at least place a cover over my broken cover to keep hail from potentially damaging my sky light and causing more damage - I had to ask them to do this. Then April comes and goes. I have to call Tarrant for updates. There were excuses of it hasnt come in yet or the cover was the wrong size and were having to reorder another cover. Then there was the excuse that they had no idea what I was talking about. May is nearly over and still no word. Finally, last week, I got a call saying the cover was in and that they would come in to install the new cover early in the week. On Monday, May 23rd, they install the new cover. Unfortunately, when I came home I was greeted with the old sky light cover and tar covering tossed into the front bushes of my home. Shards of the old sky light cover was scattered on my back porch area. The sky light cover has weird streaks through it (looks like paint). Today, Tarrant had the audacity to call me and tell me my account was OVERDUE! I do not believe my expectation for quality workmanship, decent customer service and timeliness is excessive, especially when I am paying $350 for a new sky light cover. I am thoroughly disappointed in my experience with Tarrant Roofing.

Contractor came out and bid the roof on our deck. Stated the price and we agreed. They then come back and decide that there is electric in the fence around the deck and they dont deal with electric therefore we had to take down the fence and the electric. This took 2 men 2 days. Since the roofers didnt speak English there was no communication that we didnt have to take down ALL of the fence and actually just needed to take about half. Roofers were scheduled and nobody showed. Phone calls made and they finally showed up. No more than 12 hours were spent "patching" the roof. After reminding them several times to complete a water check, it was never done. So, 2 more more men for 2 more days to put the fencing and electric back up. It costs us more to take down and put the fence back up. Needless to say, the roofer is now in a hurry to get paid. While he knocked off a tad from the invoice, 12 hours (if that many)of work is quite expensive from this company. Especially when we also had to put the decking back on ourselves. Needless to say I could go on and on. Bottom line, what happened to the integrity of people? Is the almighty dollar worth it. As many times as people have told me these things happened, I still had faith that these type of things didnt happen.

Recently had roof replaced. The experience was not very pleasant. We got the roof replaced on a tenant occupied home. The roofer, Aaron informed us they would be out on June 27 to replace the roof. We called our tenants to let them know of the time and date. On June 22 we received a call from the tenants letting us know that the roofer was there to replace the roof. We called Aaron and asked what was going on we had set the roof replacement for the 27th not the 22nd. He said "oh my manager changed the date". There was no calls or emails to notify us of the change, and there would be no issue if we had received a call to notify us of the change. It was an inconvenience to our tenants. After roof was replaced I drove by the home and their was tarp and materials in the driveway and yard. During our consult I informed Aaron we wanted to add guttters. No gutters were added to home. When I called and asked about the gutters he said they couldnt install them on the same day as roof replacement, and I had to be done 3 days later. It is now nearly two weeks and no gutters are installed. The communication with this company is very poor, and im disappointed in my experience.

This company is the go-to company for roofing service or replacement. I highly recommend them. Their honesty, customer service, openness, and thoroughness is unsurpassed in my experience. Tye Faseler explained everything up front and held the line on his cost estimate, even meeting with the insurance company to get the best possible payment from them. There were no unexpected surprises at the time of installation and the installation crew was polite and professional. The roof is much more attractive than it was before. Tye suggested a newer color that complimented the brickwork much better than the old one. Compared to the last roof I had installed, Tarrant Roofing did a spectacular job on cleanup. I believe they used big magnets to drag the yard and did it more than once. In any case, no one in my family stepped on a nail like they did with the company before and I cant find any nails in my yard. Great job, guys!
