As the roofers "worked" they threw trash and old shingles off of my roof. Everything landed randomly and all of my outdoor landscaping lights were destroyed. My wife came home from work and ALL of the roofers stopped to stare. A few started to whistle and then the cat calling started. She never went inside the house. She got back in her car and left. This all happened while I was at work. When I got home the roofers were gone but much of the trash remained. Then there was the nails. Nails everywhere. There was single nails and bundles of nails just all over the yard. The dog found one with her paw. As we walked around looking at the damaged lights, trash left behind, and picked up nails we also noticed that now we had a window screen destroyed. I went to the office and complained about the wife being harassed, the nails everywhere, the lights being destroyed, the screen needing to be replaced, and the trash being left behind. I was told that the only thing they could do about it was knock $100 off of the total price for the lights and window screen. NEVER going to use this company again.

Truett Roofing was recommended by a colleague, and I am so very grateful. When heavy rains delayed the job, I was contacted and the job rescheduled. They then arrived when they said they would and completed the job in one day. They went around the area with a magnet and picked up all the roofing nails and all roofing materials. I only found a very few nails, and these were hidden in garden beds where they couldnt reach without disturbing plants. The workers were very polite and professional. The quoted price was what I was charged and in cooperation with our insurance company. I highly recommend Truett Roofing and will call them for any future roofing projects.

This is the second time that I have used Truett Roofing for replacing the roof on my house. The crew was very professional and work was top notch. The crew arrived at my residence at approximately 11:00 am did a complete tear off of my house and my 12 x 18 shed in my backyard. The roofs were complete by 3:15 and the crews were gone by 3:30. If I hadnt of left work early that day, you never would have known that the roofing crew had been there. Very clean and very good work!!! Will use Truett Roofing again and again!!

I have had the most satisfying experience with Truett and Alan Capps their estimator. The work was done professionally and in a timely matter. I called them because a friend had high praise from their experience using Truett. Highly recommended, local roofing contractor.
